His scam is not sophisticated at all, he took my car for a test drive at the end of the inspection and this is when he created his opportunity to damage my vehicle while out of sight. He cut my serpentine belt intentionally so that it would be on the verge of breaking and then revved the engine really hard until engine warning signs came on and then returned the car to me like a ticking time bomb ready to explode. I immediately confronted him about the damage he had done to my vehicle but he is so out of touch with reality he actually thought I would be willing to let him fix an issue he created. He thinks my car is under warranty so it's a win win situation and I wouldn't care anyways. He is very wrong, he scammed and defrauded me!
