I have gotten multiple keys made here and they are also so friendly and helpful. Never a problem with keys not working after being made.

I don't really understand why have your doors open if you can't provide the services you are doing. If you're so "unstaffed" you have to deflect me to Monday close your doors. I can say from experience that these guys do good work;however, my recent experience with them is pretty unfavorable. I'm a teacher so it's hard for me to get anywhere on the week days, but I was really trying hard to get here before they close. I was only going to be 3 minutes after 5 so I called to see if they could stay just a few minutes after and all the guy would say was "Monday through Friday 8 to 5." I asked for just a few minutes and explained my situation and again all he said was "Monday through Friday 8 to 5." I pulled up literally at 5:03 and the lights were out and no one was there. I came looking to get a copy of my house key made and didn't want to drive all the way to Walmart. And I'm very glad I didn't because they make keys 2 for $1 as opposed to $8 at Walmart. Granted Walmart's keys were printed. Although Tech-Lock had fancy keys for sale around $5 as well. read more

Not a good experience. I called to see how much it would cost to have a spare car key made. From what I was told, they are only a mobile service which means I can't go to their location myself and the costs of the tech's travel will greatly increase the price of such a simple procedure. They couldn't come to me in Moore and they also couldn't come to me at the OU Medical Center because I was out of their coverage area. The medical center is in the heart of OKC, so where is their coverage area?!?! read more

Great customer service. They were able to make a spare key for my car door to get me in just in case I lock my keys in the car when no one else would do it. Everyone told me I had to go to the dealership. I didn't need a key fob (to be programmed) and key, just a key to get me in to the vehicle. read more

The service was friendly and quick and they did a great job getting me taken care of.
