Response to Heather: It was not a misunderstanding. I went to the shop on September 11 (a Friday), and Diego was there. Don't lie. He told me Bryan had the day off, and will be working the next day. Don't lie. Ask Diego. Even the business owner next door knows him by name, because when I parked in the back Diego opened the back door so I didn't have to carry my computer all the way to the front. Just own it. Lying its way worse!! ---------‐‐--------------------‐------------------------ Took my Destop Imac here and they diagnose that the GPU card failed. Diego told me it was not fixable but suggested to buy a new computer and they could transfer all the data to the new machine for $150. Thank goodness I looked for a second opinion. My dad uses this place regularly for our phones and computers. My father is 80 and needs the usual tlc. They are kind respectful knowledgeable and competent as well as never overcharging us. This week I went in to figure out my new iPhone issues they have added a flower shop and my dad thot they left he almost cried but were thrilled to know they are still there. UPDATE& REPLY: and as you can see from their response, this is how they talk to and treat their customers as if they are stupid, as to u can see from the MULTIPLE bad reviews. When my phone was brought in I had 0 water damage and the Water seal was in tact, the problem was the battery as told by FELIX and my boyfriend. They're delusional, rude and dont care about their customers. the only reason their business has 4 stars on google is because they keep making fake accounts to leave good reviews for themselves and its sad. Never returning and would never recommend to my worst enemy listen, if i could give 0 stars i WOULD!! at this place lives off of scamming people, and to be fair i should've taken the hint when while i was there an old couple came in and was complaining about how the iphone they brought in to be repaired was now alerting them that the parts they replaced were not genuine apple parts. But because i was in desperate need and i couldn't leave because my phone wouldn't turn on and i don't drive, i said a little prayer and hoped for the best. Now , my second sign should've been that he originally told me to leave the phone there and come back tomorrow because it would take the whole day, walked to the back to talk to this older man (who he was constantly walking back there asking what to do everytime he asked me a question) and came back and said it would take 2 hours. I waited, got my phone fixed and left, everything was fine or so i thought. Got a screen protector and drop-proof case. Fast forward to 3 days later, I'm taking a shower with ny phone on the sink, get out the shower to text someone and all of a sudden the face ID is not working. So i turned it off and back on to restart it...and it wouldn't turn on, just kept flashing the apple sign for 15 minutes even when i plug it in. So of course i went back to the store immediately with my bf (who fixed phoned himself but i took it to the store to be repaired because we were fighting at the time) and had my bf speak with him because at this point i was upset and my bf is a much calmer person than me. He tried to reason with him and begged him to be civil and to simply lift the screen as he did before so we can check the water seal. The Employee got his tool and started lifting the screen, just to stop halfway and push it back down and say " you know what man i know i put it on for a fact" . My bf implored that he just wants to check because sometimes they'll pull in the water seal but it doesn't lay correctly. Also my iphone is also giving alerts that the battery and screen he put on were not genuine iphone parts (see pictures). Now this man really told us I have water damage he from the humidity from my shower...lol i have an iphone 12 they literally have on their website pictures of people taking underwater pictures with the same phone. and then told us he recommends people never get that phone wet...like?? then when my bf bring up the fact this phone can be submerged and would never have water damage (a problem that wasn't there when i brought it in to get fixed) he started laughing in my bf's face, so we just left because he's acting stupid. .. i spent $379 on BS, please save your money and your time!! no idea how they are still open. read more

Almost as expensive as if you take your phone to be repaired at the Apple Store for that price they gave me of $240. To change a screen of an iPhone 13 I rather go to the actual Apple Store and pay $279. More like "Take Apple Now" if I could leave 0 stars I would. I read their reviews which appeared to be positive, brought in our 2012 Mac Desktop computer which was not turning on (on 8/27/2020). Before even looking at our computer, they were already giving shady vibes, saying "most Mac's of this age are normally not worth fixing, and 80% majority leave their computers with them, to donate." Lol. What? We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and patiently waited to hear back from them. We were advised that the diagnostic is $25 and would take 2-3 days max to hear back from them. After 7 days of not hearing back from them, we called for a status update. To our SURPRISE and DISBELIEF we were told "our computer was in the system as abandoned and DONATED" WHAT?!?! We advised them that we absolutely did not "abandon or donate" our Mac as we have very valuable files in there and the computer is still in mint condition. (Mind you, we made this crystal clear from the beginning, that this Mac is valuable to us and we are determined to fix it no matter the cost). They proceeded to tell us that "they think" it could be the mother board or power supply, proving that they did not even run a diagnostic. Mentioned "it would be around $250 to fix, and it's not worth fixing for that price". In what universe is $250 a lot of money, compared to a Mac that cost over $2,000?? We went in person afterwards to pick up our computer. We were told "Our computer got mistaken with another couple" (meanwhile there was a "donor" sticker on the back of our Mac). Even if this was an honest mistake, it's completely unacceptable. We grabbed our computer and will take it elsewhere. I do not recommend fix Apple now to say the least. read more

I am supper satisfied with the service I received from Brian at the fixapplenow in Hallandale. My 3dr generation iPad Pro screen was shattered. Brian was able to order a new screen which arrived just a few days later. (Other stores told me that they could not get the parts for this iPad Pro as it is "too new" and the parts aren't available yet). Once I was notified that the screen had arrived, I went to the store to drop off the iPad so the screen can be replaced. It was a late afternoon on a Sunday, 20 minuted before closing time. Brian told me that it will not be ready till late Monday or early Tuesday as he would need to take his time on it since it is a very expensive and delicate iPad. I told him it would not be a problem, he can take his time, as long as the repair is done well. Well, to my surprise, Brian called me the very next day, early in the morning to let me know that the iPad is fixed and can be picked up. I was shocked and very pleased at the same time. Brian said that he worked on it over night knowing that I might need this iPad back asap for work. This to me is a going above and beyond. This is the best place to get your computer or iPhone fixed immediately! I took my iPhone in on a SUNDAY (only store open on Sunday) and Bryan was attentive and efficient. I brought my vintage iPhone 5s in because I dropped it and the phone went dead. (I must note that I took it to another store to have my screen and battery replaced a month ago). As Bryan opened my phone he noticed they didn't put a few things back in place, which caused a glitch and my screen to no longer display images (black screen). I thought I lost everything, but not to worry, Bryan came to the rescue!!! He was able to retrieve everything!!! He saved the day within 20 minutes! Bryan was very quick, friendly and honest. Possible worst experience I have had! Also, my first yelp review because I felt so compelled to write one. I drop off my Mac book pro oct 15th to get a screen repair. Which they said the time line would be 3-5 days. Perfect! I reached out with in that time frame to get updates. But but something was always happening. They called me on a Friday morning informing they computer would be ready in a few hours. But I was busy with work and could not make it in on a Friday. I went in on Saturday they said a problem came up and the computer could not be repaired with the screen they had. Which lead to them telling me it would be fix that day with a new part. But the story doesn't end there! I got a phone call say the computer smelled like urine lol. They stated camera was not working. Right before I drop of my Mac I had just finished taking a zoom call with the only issue being a cracked screen. Horrible experience with everything don't recommend it. read more

Completely honest business. I requested a quote for recovering data from my broken hard drive via yelp. The owner responded very fast with a quote of $250 if they CAN recover the data, and $25 if they CAN'T. The hard drive is a Seagate internal 3.5in 1TB. They called me a few days later, that unfortunately they were not able to recover the data, as it required a more sophisticated lab. They gave me a recommendation on a lab that they think can do it. I came to pick up the hard drive and they were very nice to waive the $25 fee. Although we weren't able to do business at the end, I am very impressed with their honesty. I had 3 computers that went bad on me. My 2012 21" iMac, my 2011 27" iMac and my 2011 MacBook Pro. Apple, because they are too old would not even look at them. I called first to inquire about repair my iPhone charging port. I was first told to check with apple before they open the phone and void my warranty. After finding out my coverage expired I came by the location. I assumed I needed a new charging port, but the tech took it to the back and cleaned the port and it fixed the problem!
