I've never written a Yelp review in my life but this one was warranted. I dropped my phone on a trip to the Keys and it worked fine for about a week before entering a boot loop. A few times I got it to turn on but for the most part I thought all hope was lost. I brought my phone in and originally was told they couldn't help me due to water damage. The young man working in the shop stepped in and took a look to see what was possible. My phone is still water damaged and there are a few issues but the boot loop stopped completely and I was able to access some really important information. Best part? There was no charge. First came here 2 years ago to increase the RAM in my MacBook Pro. Worked great until about a month ago. However, lately I've been experiencing the "spinning color wheel of death" pretty frequently. Found out the problem is my mid-2012 model still had the old Hard Disk Drive and it could be replaced by the newer Solid State Drives (SSD) which are way faster. Other places wanted $500 - $700 to do the work depending on the size of the SSD. Fix Apple Now said that if I bought my own SSD, they'd install it and transfer my data onto the new drive for only $99. Had it done , saved a bunch of money and now my old MacBook is lightening fast! I inadvertently posted this review on the site for the Weston location. My apologies as my visit was to the Hallandale shop. The track pad on my MacBook air was malfunctioning so paid my first visit to Fix Apple Now yesterday morning. I arrived a minute after opening at 10:01 and was greeted immediately by Brain. I explained the trouble that I was having and Brian took my machine into the back work area. He emerged within a few minutes and showed me exactly what the cause of the problem was, and suggested a simple, affordable solution. I was on my way within 20 minutes, with the Mac operating perfectly. I'll be back to this establishment again as soon as I need service on any of my Apple products. Very honest about the repair needed. My home buttom wasn't working, so I called, they were able to take me in right away. They said a home button replacement was $45, but that they didn't think that was the problem, that it just may be a lose connection in which case it was only $25 to fix. I was able to get it back right away and for the lesser charge. I wouldn't have known the difference had they charged me the larger amount, so I was quite pleased they were honest with what needed to be done and with the quick service. Brian helped me out with my computer issue. My MacBook Air had a failing touchpad and keyboard. I took it to Apple and they replaced the touchpad but that did not solve the problem. Of course Apple wanted me to pay $700 to replace the motherboard. Brian discovered that the connector to the touchpad was malfunctioning. He replaced it for a fair price and now my computer feels brand new again. He was extremely quick, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for your computer needs. read more

worst repair company! ive gotten my laptop fixed twice from them and my screen keeps blacking out. they use cheap screens from china that are 16 cents and charge you over 500 for an issue that will happen again in a few months, you are better off taking your device to the apple store or ubreakifix. also a/c is always broken so its extremely hot read more
