I went in looking for PS3 controllers one of the days I went, in store was cool and I loved the…read moresetup but area is kinda sketchy first time going, $45 for an original ps3 controller and 25 for a 3rd party controller the white one was the first one they sold me which where L1 is located it was already broken and not something I've done and I went back in two days later to get a replacement for the faulty controller it even had connection issues. The second time I came in the store opens at 10Am and I was sitting in the parking lot at 10:44 and a few minutes later they arrive at 10:47 to finally get to the store as I sat in my car waiting to exchange controllers and after I go in I tell the guy about the controller he tells me that he can't warranty the white controller because it's broken and they don't sell broken controllers but I tell him I didn't break it it was sold to me like that then tells me he's going to check the cameras to see. I had a receipt texted to my number he offers to refund but I wanted a different controller to be given he gives me the black one with dirt and no offer to clean it what so ever and no testing the controllers they're selling I get home to load up a game I chose saints row 3 and my character starts walking by himself which is obviously stick drift so that's two faulty controllers I wouldn't recommend honestly but that's my experience at forever games.

The issue is that the games are generally pricey because they really don't make much of the games anymore. They got many things they sell video game wise but I'm not to sure if they sell PC games. Today I had the highest customer service experience here, and it started with me being a little…read morepeeved with the place. But it wasn't their fought. My phone died, it was time to get a new one anyways. So I came here, where I usually come for phones, where I picked Virgin Mobile for a no-contract carrier years ago. Problem: they don't carry Virgin Mobile any more. The company, Sprint, decided to place VM in big box stores exclusively, defeating the very purpose I selected it--for stores like this. Instead I went to that toxic, national embarrassment known as Wal Mart, and predictably hilarity ensued--I couldn't authorize the phone--so I came here a second time, resolved on switching over to Sprint's other no-contract company, Boost. For the second time I was peeved at the place. But it wasn't their fought. Because Virgin and Booth are the same company, if I was to keep my number I couldn't have the sale price. About this time my Irish temper was about to explode. Nicely, the clerk here, did me a solid. He took my phone and called his contacts to find the problem. This became a ordeal, and he did it with out no payment or possible sale at all. Meanwhile he was helping customers, taking phone calls, and juggling phones. Eventually he discovered the problem which was that I was boned. Wal Mart did something wrong, and it would take a total redo of my account, loss of credit in it, and another phone number. No thanks. But doing what the clerk did is why I love this place. There was no reward for this kind of help, but he did it anyways. Five stars. I am thinking of just paying full price, or going with another number to switch over because of great service like this.

Awesome shop with lots of items for building models. Came here on a Sunday where there was also a…read moreswap meet going on to trade, sell, and buy various models. We were able to pick up newer and older Gundam models as well as some accessories to help with the build. It also happened to be 10% off on all models when we were there and that was great! They seem to have a good variety of sales throughout the month and also fun events as well. Really enjoyed coming here and will definitely be back

We came in yesterday as one of the Hobby Towns was having a huge Needoh drop event and my son…read morewanted to go. I am all for squishy hunting with my son but I draw the line at driving over 30 minutes anywhere for them so this was our compromise hoping they got at least a few in as well. Unfortunately they are a franchise, and the only squishes they had were overpriced knockoffs of what my son was looking for but it is still a cool store depending on what you are looking for. There are tons of sets to put together from mini houses to airplanes. The staff working were really friendly and helpful too. I would recommend this store if you are someone interested in crafting miniature models. My son is too young for this right now, but we definitely enjoyed looking at them all!
