We set a time and his colleague came EARLY (imagine that) and was polite. He asked if he should take his shoes off and he immediately went to work on the control panels. He had to hard reset the system and test it out. He explained to me how to arm, disarm, and reset. He also explained a few things that I had no idea about. He gave me a battery that I'd need to buy to replace the sensor batteries in the future. Being a relatively new homeowner in the South Bay, I've had my fair share of both good and bad service providers. CRISP is by far one of the more thorough, professional, quick, and honest ones. Since I had already turned others away, I tried to work with Westside AV but Will denied every date including the following week. For someone with many requirements, the level of professionalism just isn't there.
