Requested a specific service through yelp projects and Westside AV responded. Unlike other service providers Will required a phone consultation. I spoke with him via phone and still he required more information to provide a quote. I let him know I had already received quotes from other companies via yelp and he said he was willing to match. We picked a day and I provided him my personal information. Then he could not do the date we decided on. Since I had already turned others away, I tried to work with Westside AV but Will denied every date including the following week. For someone with many requirements, the level of professionalism just isn't there. read more

Our home went through a remodel a few years ago and one of my last tasks was to find someone to mount all of our new flat screen TVs. The crew worked quietly and cleanly- there was not one thing I had to pick up or move back when they left. More recently I hired Westside AV to install security cameras and had the same experience. Prices are competitive, workers are respectful, and installation days are easy - I know firsthand that it can be stressful on days you have strangers do work on your house but all my experiences with Westside AV at my house have been nothing but positive. Will and co. did a fantastic job of designing, sourcing and then working with my contractor to install an amazing 7.1 surround system for my audio/video needs. I interviewed two other prospective providers. One said that what I wanted was simply impossible, and the other quoted a PRICE that was simply impossible. Will came in with great creative ideas and solutions along with an impressive knowledge to backup his equipment recommendations. All of this at a very reasonable price, all things considered. The results have been really wonderful. Both sound and video \are near-home theater quality. But in just a regular ol' living room. Additionally, I've really appreciated Will's commitment to ongoing support. When I've had questions, tech problems or equipment upgrade needs, Will has been right there ready to help every time.
