The merch lines were organized and they had great signage. Once inside the venue we couldn't believe how big it is! Enough to fit 3,000 fans! We ate and drank before arriving, so didn't purchase anything at the show. The prices are expensive like all venues, but they did have a good variety of options. There are even workers walking through the crowd with buckets of beer so you don't lose your spot. I have never seen this at the divey venues we usually are at for rock shows. Free wifi, water fountains available, and super clean bathrooms. 5 stars! Literally the nicest venue. And most importantly, the sound was great! We will definitely go back here for a very comfortable experience.

When you come in there was plenty of room in the foyer. Enough space to do the receiving line on one end, a social hour in the middle, and a line for the photos. The A/V was high end and the bar was accessible. The A/V team was staged in the back (towards your entrance) facing the stage. They had more than 64 tables arrayed into quadrants so that there was room in the middle for a dance floor. The bar was plenty stocked, and the mixologists were capable enough to serve their beer, wines, and pre-mixed drinks. Touch less payment was available. The food was okay. The team serving the food was super friendly and responsive if they missed something. Plenty of clean bathrooms around the site. Plenty of parking around. Traffic there was lighter than anything north of the city. I would recommend this facility for big events. Fun times.

There was sharpie on the discs, cases, and booklets on every single one of the games, but when we brought them back to return them a few days later they charged us a 10% restock fee because they 'weren't defective.' The guy DID tried to get the sharpie off, but outside of that the entire situation was just horrible business practice. If you shop here, open and check the PS2 cases before making a purchase. They openly admitted that they received some 200+ PS2 games that were all marked up. Hope this helps someone.

Game Republik was the only place open on a weekday so I brought it here. Local spot that also repairs consoles and hosts gaming tournaments, the owner and PC expert , Chris, wasn't there when I dropped it off which is fine. He got back to me by Monday and kept me updated as to when he started, issues he potentially found, and when he resolved them with pictures for status updates. He worked a lot on my system and even cleaned up my poker cable management all for a fair price. He really know his stuff well and I would definitely bring back items here for any issues.
