The service department staff was rude and dismissive when we asked for detailed information on delays in receiving the transmission and the repair timelines. They also failed to contact the warranty company after they were notified that the vehicle had an extended warranty. I towed the vehicle to Auto Gallery in LaGrange on 3/20/26, and they made it clear that they would not be able to assess the vehicle until 4/3/26. The vehicle was ready for pickup on 4/9/26. It was not the transmission and the repairs were covered under warranty. Paid a $100.00 deductible. The Langley repair department is either severely incompetent, or the dealership allows employees to take financial advantage of their customers. Around 4 am I was left stranded in Lagrange and got a toe to Stanford automotive. These guys opened up earlier than expected (7am) and dropped me off at a hotel. Said they would call me when they knew more about the situation. Obviously problem unknown at the time. So a few hours later I get the news no one wants to here but the only option is to change the belt and see if she fires up alright. They said they would have her patched around 2 pm same day. Keep in mind this was a Saturday. At 2:15 got a call that everything was done and she's purring like a kitten! Excellent news! Price was fair and got me in same day and out, with no ridiculous " this guys stranded and has no choice" pricing. Think it was $650. Picked me up from the hotel and haven't had any problems to date.
