I have been pleased with the phone and the case they helped me with. I also chose the rapid-charger, which I didn't know was now available for iPhone. They even installed the screen protector and protective case, which I needed because I chose a bigger phone which I wasn't sure I could hold without dropping, but was necessary for my vision. After looking over my options, I decided on the recommended protection plan. I never felt pressured and am happy with my purchase and the service. I've called with questions and was very satisfied with their willingness to provide service after my purchase.
