I made the appointment and filled out any blanks the site asked I was given an appointment at 10 AM today December 15. I showed up at 9:54, people in the store but the door was closed and there was a burglar bar behind it. Two other people walked in with me at 10 AM. The clerk asked what I was there for and I explained I had an appointment at 10 AM to repair the iPhone battery. Rather than say OK we have you in our system and we have the battery he said "let me check and see if I've got that battery". Next he said we have the battery and you can get the phone in two or three days because we don't have a technician today. I replied "since this is an organization that has powerful algorithms at your disposal wouldn't it be customer friendly to inform someone before they drove 40 minutes to hear this information you're telling me" The clerk replied smartly "all I do is ask the questions and give you your options" as if he didn't consider anything I said or the fact that I had gone out of my way to give him business. I took my phone and I ordered a replacement battery from the Internet and will insert it myself like I have before on other iPhones. I will not go back!! Later today I was telling this to a friend who had a similar experience there. Maybe they can get their website and technology and appointment scheduler up to snuff so as to avoid a lot of people an inconvenience in this modern day of electronic algorithms. I would've given them only one star but I'm basically a nice guy and the place looks clean. Good luck if you go here.

So, I thought of H&H since I had seen their vans driving around advertising that they installed and serviced whole house generators. I started engaging with them on 10/3. Today is 12/23 and I still do not have a bid even after multiple attempts to get H&H to provide one. Broken commitments, no-shows for site visits, incomplete information, and complete lack of customer service. I would highly recommend that you reconsider hiring H&H Lifestyles to do your generator installation should you decide to get one. Presently, I am working with a local electrical contractor on this project and, if he turns out to be reliable and affordable, I will update this review with his contact information. Sent that text and days later had received no reply. Called again and got voicemail once more. Left a message there, and.....nada.
