Salesman was AMAZING…read morehe helped my MIL with her purchase and she had SO many nice things to say about Mr.Osman who was the young man who sold her the beautiful LG washer that she picked out, she can't stand for long periods due to her health and this young man brought her a chair and gave her a water and made sure she was comfortable. She chose the delivery and install and so we waited and the washer came she was so excited and then the bad news came and they said "OH NOPE WE CANT INSTALL YOU NEED TO REPLACE YOUR PIPES UNDER THE SINK" they didn't even look at the old washer to see the drain hose and water hook up were right there still connected to old washer. So they left and I called Best Buy and explained to them what happened and they were confused as to why they left without installing the new washer and so I told her that they said we need to call a plumber and replace our pipes and she said ABSOLUTELY NOT ITS JUST A SWITCH OUT so she sent 2 guys out yesterday and they were supposed to be prepared for hooking up the new washer but again it was the same thing the first thing they asked my MIL was where is the pipes? So they look and the main guy says NO WE CANT INSTALL BECAUSE THE DRAIN HOSE ON NEW WASHER WONT FIT So I said take your Washer and give my MIL her money back. The price was great the washer was beautiful but the delivery people made Beat Buy look pretty bad so they left and left the washer to be picked up on Friday So out of curiosity i said to myself after they left "I wonder if I can hook it up" im pretty hands on so I disconnected the drain hose and I sized up the one on the new washer and they were the same size and BOOM DONE I CONNECTED IT AND C LAMPED IT HOOKED IT UP! Why don't they just do it themselves? Why such a big fuss? Never again... oh and I was able to fix our washing machine with the help from troubleshooting and putting in the dial code I reset it and now it's working perfectly fine again.

    Special trip there to buy the Apple Watch Ultra 3. $799.00. Bolted to the table…read more(understandably). Dead as a doornail. Everything else on the table was working. Dude comes over, didn't get his name. "Yeah... it's off." I said "It's not off it appears not to be charged". Shrugs his shoulders and walked away. Looks like a trip to the Apple Store is in my future. This place is in its death throes. Too bad because there used to be some real customer service there.

    Two weeks ago, we visited the Best Buy store in Millbury to purchase an electric range. We selected…read morea white Samsung Bespoke induction model and asked one of the sales associates to assist us with the purchase. He replied that he would be with us in a minute, yet he continued to wander aimlessly in circles while talking on his phone. After waiting 10 minutes, the young man finally approached us and asked, "How can I help you?" We greeted him again and explained that we wanted to purchase that specific white electric range. The young man removed the electronic price tag and the paper label from the display model. We then followed him to place the order and finalize the purchase of the range. After paying for the item--including an extended warranty and delivery--we double-checked with the employee to ensure the order had been processed correctly. He assured us that everything was in order and that the range would be delivered to our home in a week. A week later, the delivery crew arrived with the range, but it turned out to be a completely different model. We immediately drove to the store to resolve the situation, as we had already disconnected our old range in preparation for the installation of the new one. At the store, we explained that we had received the wrong range and asked for their assistance in sorting out the mix-up. The manager explained that as soon as the item was returned to the store, they would inspect it and place an order for a replacement. We also provided photographs of the exact range we had purchased a week earlier. We then returned home and scheduled a redelivery--only to receive the very same, incorrect range that had been delivered to us the first time. After a third trip to the store, a manager named Ken told us that he could no longer offer any assistance and had absolutely no idea how such an error could have occurred. Our order lists the model number of the range they attempted to deliver to us--not the model we actually intended to buy. Ultimately, after two weeks of waiting, they didn't even bother to investigate at what stage the error had occurred on their end; consequently, we were forced to cancel the order due to the incompetent and unprofessional conduct of the employees involved in the situation. They didn't even offer us an apology for their mistake or for our wasted time. Remarkably, the very stove we had originally selected remained in the store the entire time--albeit with new labels--serving as proof that not a single store employee had ever bothered to properly look into the problem and resolve it.

    One star is too high for this group of bumbling incompetent liars. This problem started at this…read moreparticular store, continued with AT&T's call center and ended back at the same store. They fully admitted their error but refused to take any responsibility and proffer the my they initially admitted I was owed. It started when the incompetent moron they employed in this store did not properly port my number over. Once I find the error I called their call center. The problem was fixed, they told me I'd get a refund for the 6 months of overpayment and a month on free service. The promised refund did not come. It took 4 more calls--over 2 hours each--for them to give me nothing at all. They opened two inquiries but closed them without any investigation. I was told to bring the bills from the other company to the store and they would get me the refund. Despite being my only option, I suspected they would do nothing; and I was right. I gave them the time line and was promised a callback with an update on the following Monday. They never called. I tried call multiple times but I sent to voicemail every time. Ironic that a phone store never answers the phone. I went to store and that's when everything fell apart. They began by going back on EVERYTHING they and the call center said. They blamed me for their errors and refused to take any responsibility. I was left without the promised refund and by being a feeling that they blamed me for their errors. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE. if you can get rid of AT&T.

    Not much to review…read more I walked in. Told them what I wanted to do. They worked with me to get to that and weren't forceful with trying to sell my additional things. They did ask me if I was interested in additional services, but didn't pressure me when I said no. Great experience. Highly recommend it.

When the feedback link hit my phone, the system glitched and sent a negative review -- which was the complete opposite of my experience. I lost internet in my building (the landlord supplies it), and Penelope C. helped me get set up fast with a 5G gateway. She explained everything clearly, walked me through the whole setup, and had me out the door quickly. Penelope was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She turned a stressful situation into an easy fix. She deserves full credit for outstanding customer service. Thank you so much Penelope, you saved my day!! I hope this review finds you!

    On 7/2/26 I walked in to this store with my two T-Mobile Wireless Internet devices to cancel my…read moreaccount. There were three girls working there, each totally engrossed with other customers, totally ignoring even my presence for at least 10 minutes. The nearest girl (I would say "young lady", not usre it applies) was just staring at her cell phone the whole time while helping another senior citizen. I said, "Excuse me, are you just waiting for something (to happen)? She said yes. "While you're waiting could I return these devices and cancel my internet account?". At first, deer in the headlights look; finally she said I would have to call. I explained that I tried calling several times but the auto attendant insisted on my "PIN" which I go not have. She repeated, you have to call them. Real progress here; now I am really getting annoyed. Finally after another girl chimed in, was told that they do not handlle T-Mobile internet (even though they had new devices on display), they are a "third-party" store. Total waste of at least 15 minutes of my time. Guess what; T-Mobile does not have an email address for addressing my complaint and obviously refuses my call. Bottom line, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with these incompetent, rude, condescending girls. My last words were "I am leaving before I say something I regret".
