But the reviews were encouraging which is why I am writing one. We did this all remotely. So didn't even spend money on gas! My 2020 MacBook Pro was crawling, I had reset the modem but didn't unplug the cables from the router and somehow that was the fix That aside, my MacBook was kind of a mess so Alan helped me organise all my files and we reclaimed a ton of space on the hard drive.
