I'm giving one star, instead of none, because they did, finally, resolve the problem. If you want a computer repair experience that is a comfortable environment, hassle free and professional staff - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The minute I walked in, I was talked down to by an arrogant owner that thought he knew everything and treated like I was an idiot. I had to return with the computer because they had not downloaded a new driver for GPU. They denied it til I showed photo's showing it wasn't installed. They accused me or Windows 11 of disabling the driver. I watched as they downloaded a new driver and installed it, clearly showing no driver was installed. They then proceeded to say, it was there all along, just disabled, totally trying to gaslight me. They would not apologize, would not in any way, take responsibility for the problem. I just smiled and said thank you, knowing I would never go back there again. Save yourself a huge headache and avoid this place at all costs! My laptop would not power up, so I took it here because they offered "free diagnostics". I thought it was rare to come across a company so confident in their skills that they would do something like that. Kind of like finding a mechanic you can really trust. They said they would get back to me by the next day. They didn't, so I called them. They hadn't gotten around to it and said they would call by the end of the next day. They didn't, so I called them. They quoted me a repair price (that was about average according to a quick internet search). I asked what part was bad according to the "free diagnostics". They said they won't do the diagnostics until I agree to pay for the repair first. How can you ask me to pay for a repair if you don't know what is wrong with it yet? I am shamed to say that I needed the laptop, so went ahead and paid for the repair. It now does power on... so they did fix it. But my trust in this enterprise is completely non-existent and (because the price of the repair was average for what it cost anywhere) I will certainly research other options the next time I need computer repair! read more

Been there once in regards to finding a new Dell Inspiron charger. A man came out to help me and took care of the charger situation for me within 5 mins. Staff seems knowledgeable and items are priced very competitive to other computer stores around San Marcos. Would definitely recommend taking care of your computer needs here first before checking out larger stores like Best Buy, Target, Walmart, etc. Small in-home store kinda far from "downtown San Marcos" but better than driving to Austin. read more

Took a computer in and it came back with cracked parts that weren't there before. Since its a free diagnostics they are not liable to pay anything for damages since $0 was paid for their service by the customer. Due to the computer being over $1300 I will not be going back to argue any case. Go to a trusty and named repair shop such as Geek squad. I will be paying more than $200 for repairs that he made but lesson well learned. Do not take a well paid for laptop or top brand here. read more
