I don't know how else to describe the stock stereo system that came with our Forest River Sunseeker Class "C" RV...other than to say it was "unlistenable" . Ordered direct from Crutchfield and in a few days installed an excellent new JVC tuner and speakers that kick a*s and are a 100% improvement! I have a 2005 Pacifica and the six disc DVD player had dies after 10 years of constant usage with having three children. I went to the Chrysler dealer and they said it would be 1250.00 dollars to replace the unit. I call Luis and he said being the car down, Once I got there Luis was able to remove the old unit in less than 5 minutes, contact the distributor and order me the same remanufactured unit that included installation for $ 500.00 dollars. this was the exact same remanufactured unit that Chrysler wanted $ 1250.00 dollars for installed. I took my 09 Sienna to Jerry and he was able to fix the problem. It wasn't the radio or the amp . It was the DVD player that was causing my problem. He fixed it for what I felt was a very fair price. He could have charged me hundreds of dollars for the repair/replace but he didn't. He asked me if we used it and I said no that it hasn't been used in 7 yrs. He disconnected it and everything that we actually use works fine. If I ever decide to replace the DVD player or have any other radio repairs I will definitely return to see Jerry. My two year old Grandson inserted coins into my 2013 Jaguar XJ DVD/CD player located in the instrument cluster of my Jag. I brought the car to Lewis at "All Car Stereos Repaired" in Winter Park. He had never worked on a New Jag before, but he said let me try. He had the unit out of the car in 10 minutes opened the CD component and removed the coins from inside the unit, put it back in the car, tested it for function all in under one hour while I waited and watched.
