They blamed covered cal than i had a 3 way phone call and they blamed my actions with medi-cal(which i did what they asked) I have been paying for private insurance with 0 federal assistance which increased its rate by 300% almost 700 a month at 30 years old for 4 months(technically 3 because somehow magically i got my insurance card(again pictured below with email proof from hayek themselves but not the actual insurance.) As stated we have been on auto pay for 20 years and because of their negligence they messaged me 17 days into january to make the payment(even tho the policy was already cancelled and i was told by her higher up that she shouldve handled the occurence with blue shield instead of emailing me) i lost my policy number with my free 999 refills costing me over $299,700 based on my new co payment in the picture(s) below. This should be a crime and they should be fined/pay a restitution or closed for negligence.
