Wow...Do not use this company!!! At all! Phillipe does give a good speech, and will sell you. He is not a bad guy, but didn't give me what we agreed upon. I requested stained concrete, fully stained through out , in case of chips or cracks so actual concrete grey wouldn't show. We agreed on price. They claimed they couldn't get the color so the company went ahead and poured regular concrete, without consulting with me. There was damage done to our home, the sides are horrible. The pressure washing before sealing, was completely inadequate. There are permanent stains everywhere. Dick came out to the job-sight to inspect, he was on the phone with someone and seemed really agitated about how the project turned out. I asked for compensation, and we agreed on a discounted price. He said Phillipe would send me a bill...never happened. Now a month or so goes by, I've tried to contact them numerous times and nothing. Tecnoconcrete never marked the job complete, and it showed that I didn't pay. Dick had a lien put against my property, I obviously paid the whole bill, to alleviate the lien. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired Tecnoconcrete for two purposes: 1) To install a new driveway 2) Install PVC drainage and grade and level the backyard In the beginning Dick and Felipe, owners, were all about getting the sale and doing the work. The day the concrete was poured and it looked great. I was so pleased and thanked everyone. Sounds great, right? CAUTION, READ CAREFULLY. So, at the end of that day I wrote Tecnoconcrete a check for the full amount of the concrete job, $6500. BAD MOVE. 8 days later no cleanup had been completed and my backyard was a collection of a bobcat, lots of concrete spillage, wood, piping and trash. And job #2 remained to be completed. Felipe did come by, but only to remove the stakes and boards (temporary support footing while concrete cures). Dick arrived later that day to help as the footings were not coming off easily. They loaded up some of the used footing boards and told me that they would be back in 4 days to complete all the work. What they didn't say that day was that they had damaged the structural component of the new driveway. When they removed parts of the wood footings several large chunks of driveway came off leaving significant holes. 5" diameter x 3.5" deep, exposing the rebar. Instead of informing me of the damage they instead hid it with 57 gravel. Meanwhile, a truck load of Top Soil was delivered and dumped in my backyard. Unfortunately, what was delivered was filtered Georgia Red Clay Soil instead of the high quality Black Top Soil that was priced and agreed on in the contract. My existing soil was/is a nice, rich, darker Brown so, why would I purposely add GA clay to it? I discussed this problem with Dick and we agree on these items: A) There is a lot more replacement dirt needed to replace dirt that was removed during the demolition B) The contract and discussions prior to the final projected cost were that quality black top soil was to be added and indicated at the cost of $440 C) Tecnoconcrete would not charge me for the clay soil D) I would order and pay for a truck load of the black top soil to be delivered E) Tecnoconcrete would combine the two types of soils and complete the jobs using that mixture The next day Dick proceeded in telling me that I didn't know what I was talking about, that Georgia Red Clay was the best and stated that there was plenty of soil to complete the job. There is nothing worse than being bullied by your contractor. 17 days after the work started , two crew persons, Dick, and Felipe show up to finish the jobs. The attitude of both partners was terrible and intimidating. Tecnoconcrete failed to remove all of the excess 57 gravel, concrete spills, old driveway debris, and replace top soil that was carelessly removed. Tecnoconcrete did not grade or level the backyard correctly. and left one big mud pile mixed with 57 Gravel. So, over the next few days I went around and took pictures of all of the debris left on my property and on the third day it rained like crazy and I took a few more photos of the failed grading and leveling job. The next day I started picking up the 57 gravel in the front and that was when I found the holes. I sent all of those photos to Tecnoconcrete so they were well informed. To this day Tecnoconcrete refuses to come back and complete the jobs and discuss the structural damage. It must also be said that Tecnoconcrete's, Dick Wightman and Felipe Gonzalez-Rubio are by far some of the rudest men I have met. During a 3 way Text conversation after I sent the images for their review they both decided to text in Spanish knowing I do not speak this language. What was said about me was absolutely horrific. Do not use this company . The owner came out . He gave an estimate and seemed to be nice. We told him what we wanted he gave us a price . We agreed. He never gave us a contract . He started demo of the brick work . Long story short Dick (which I'm pretty sure is not his real name) was rude and disrespectful and not dependable . He damaged my siding and steps and denied that he damaged it and then he started complaining about the price that he charged saying that it was too low . Received a quote/bid for a job on June 17, 2020.. Agreed to quoted amount on June 29, 2020 and scheduled the job to be done Saturday August 1st... In between June 29, 2020 and today (July 30) I have spoken to Dick several times about the job itself and all precautionary procedures prior to the job be done. He even instructed me to submit a request to 811DIG two weeks ago for them to come and mark underground wires/cables.. So today July 30, 2020 I called Dick to confirm that I will see his team Saturday morning at 7am for the scheduled job.He then proceeds to tell me that he rescheduled me due to the weather.. Why in the hell am I finding this out by contacting you #1... #2 If I hadn't called today at what point was I (the customer) going to be notified of this schedule adjustment that obviously was already done.. So as I begin to tell him (DIck) I understand the process but he has to see that this is very UNPROFESSIONAL as a company that I wasnt made aware prior to this point of me calling you.. He became so rude and irate as if I was doing the job at his home and I myself was the company. Which is completely out of order!!!!.. So at this point how am I suppose to spend my hard money with you when you we're just DISRESPECTFUL AS HELL AND RUDE because you rescheduled me unknowingly.. Horrible company these guys messed up my lawn they broke a hole in the side of my garage. When I complained about the damage an they unprofessional way we were being handled the owner Dick screamed an told me they can just leave an that he doesn't care anything about my house. They left my house in a mess an I had to get my lawyer involved read more

This guys did an excellent job replacing my driveway. Took really good care of my yard. My driveway now looks amazing. Affordable prices. They came back after 2 days to remove the forms and finish the clean-up. Great job, and highly recommended. I will call them for future projects. read more
