When in Vegas, it's worth it to check out the outlets! I am a huge Ted Baker fan so to find out that they even had an outlet was definitely worth stopping by for. Unlike most stores during the holiday, their sale was relatively modest. I wouldn't consider Ted Baker to be particularly expensive but I also wasn't looking to spend an exorbitant amount on things I really didn't need. The selection was great. I ended up purchasing a sock collection set for a friend and a floral olive shirt for the boyfriend for just under $60 (retailing over $150). Sizing for TB is super odd in that they just have numbers and you have to ask an associate what the closest thing to a large is since it's not that easy to guess based on looking at it. I gave this place 3 stars because the customer service wasn't that great. I feel that in most designer stores the customer service is never particularly amazing but it felt relatively cold here and they were really only friendly at the register when they realized I was actually purchasing something. I do plan to return but hope that their service improves from here! If not, still worth visiting again because I love a good deal. (57/100--2020) read more

I am in the market for a nice purse that won't break the bank for a trip with my family. I have two littles so I needed something that could be a crossbody, hold a lot of stuff in it, and something - like I said that isn't too expensive, but quality made - because my kids are constantly pulling on my purse, drawing on it, etc. Ted Baker London had an amazing selection. I actually went into this store twice. The first time was to look and see what they had before I looked at other stores. The first time I was there - I wasn't greeted by anyone nor asked if I could be helped. I was also looking at the clothes and probably would have tried on several dresses and purchased them if I would have had help. After looking at all of the other stores in the mall, I knew Ted Baker had the purse that I needed AND wanted. So I went back. The second time in the store was a completely different experience. I was greeted by a nice young lady who helped me and showed me all of the features of the purse. I was very thankful for her and her great customer service. The bag is beautiful. It has a beautiful dust bag and I know it will be perfect for what I need it for and most likely survive for use after this trip. read more

This truly is a REAL outlet store. Not a store which says outlet, but has merchandise made for just the outlet. Its not a huge store, but the shirts I saw on the rack were actually from the retail store. A shirt I got Stephen for $165 was marked down to $75, and in pristine condition. They even have the "final clearance" rack for an additional 50% off, so you can get a shirt as low as $35. Unfortuantely they were slim pickings. Ted Baker clothes run slim and they have their own clothing "conversion" chart. My Stephen is normally a Medium for places like Banana Republic, but a "Medium" at TB is a 4, slightly snug for him. A 5 fits perfect, and a had a nice fitted look. We walked out of this Ted outlet with 3 short sleeve shirts, 1 long sleeves and I found a VIP Outlet coupon book for 20% off, so 1 of the shirts was "free". Ca-ching! read more

Normally, wouldn't be rating a business of this caliber, so low, especially not Ted baker every time I come down to the outlet here in Las Vegas I love coming into the store for its quirky fashion, and the fact that I can find fashion menswear in my size which is usually an 5-7 size. Having great merchandise that appeals to the masses is always awesome but I really do believe a business is only as successful as the people that run it and work there. On my most recent trip into the store I actually had an exchange that I was a little bit nervous about bringing in because it was a sale item and I hadn't gotten a chance to come into the store for a little over 3 weeks. On the receipt there was a stamp that said no returns but I figured that maybe I could ask to do an exchange because these joggers ended up fitting me like MC Hammer . Walking into the store I am greeted very nice girl at the front. I explained the situation then lets me know she would have to ask management she comes back and tells me that they'll go ahead and do an exchange for me. I looked around the store. I really didn't find anything I was interested in so then my second question was do you think I can have a store credit instead? PJ the Store manager interjects from behind the counter and proceeds to say that they are already making an exception by doing an exchange, and that they wouldn't be able to do a store credit, also that he remembers I had already came into the store to try to exchange and was told no. At no point had I been back after making this purchase so he was already assuming that it was me who had been in the store previously and was confusing me for someone else. Not only that then he proceeds to let me know that I can also sell my purchase to Buffalo exchange after he had already agreed to do the exchange. PJ totally ruined my shopping experience. Kind of sorta ruined the store for me as well. I mean yes, I could have taken it as a grain of salt and just let it go, but there's a bigger part of me that just knows that as far as customer service goes, I was not being difficult or rude, and PJ was being a little snotty. Definitely not becoming of a store manager to treat their customers this way with assumptions, and basically shooing them away from their store, by suggesting taking the business to Buffalo exchange. The quality of the material and products at this store is unmatched by most retailers these days. On top of that, the staff is on point. Not too pushy - allowed my wife and I to discuss colors and preferences without interruption. They were however, right there when I needed a size or advice about fit. My receipt has this address at Las Vegas Outlet @ 785 Grand Central Parkway, Suite #2149, so call 'em at 702-385-090 if you need confirmation and directions, as the store I visited was at the outdoor NORTH Las Vegas Outlets, which is the best outlet center of all in the area (better than the State Line @ Primm and better than the indoor one in SOUTH Las Vegas). This store is excellent, it's hard to find a Ted Baker outlet store. Sure, the shirts are still expensive in the $100 range even after discounts What you're buying is a higher end designer with unique aesthetic flair and style. It's fashion which can make you stand out. Of course it's not the clothes who make the man... but if you want to be more extraordinary than ordinary, and tire of everyone wearing the Robert Graham shirts and other stylings, Ted Baker is a designer I'd recommend checking out. The sizes are sometimes European by numbering, so you can ask a sales person for help, and ultimately it's also very European in design in that the clothes are for those who are generally tall, slender and fit, more petite than portly. I have to say some of the nicest sales persons here! I was wandering around the outlet and wandered into here. They aren't stuffy, nor do they scoff at your appearance as you wander in, they are very friendly and accommodating. They will check in on you and help you grab other sizes while you are in the dressing room. At the time they were having a killer sale on full suits, and the build quality was pretty good, and considering that the price was dirt cheap, plus I liked how all the jackets had a satin material lining inside of the coat. Additionally for men, you might want to note that you might have a harder time finding your size if you have broader shoulders, I did... But my g/f found a really nice dress that was $300.00 and got it for about 75... Plus the one she initially tried on had a little tear, but the saleswoman went in back and found another dress in the correct size, and went and steamed and pressed it while we waited! As Gloria L. mentioned the womans sizes are a little odd, so you'll definitely want to try it on. Also while I was in the dressing room, the woman that was helping me actually, went and got me and my g/f complementary drinks. My g/f wanted just water, and the sales clerk recommended I give on of their drinks a try! I was a bit confused at first, but then she came back with a blue sapphire martini, which I must say was really well done, nice dryness with a light fruity aroma but not to sweet. I've honestly never drank (booze in particular) while trying on clothes before, so that was a new and interesting multitasking experience, I think you can only experience something like this in Vegas. I find something every time I set foot in this store, from my fabulous teal wool toggle coat to my newest herringbone dress shirt (not to mention the HOTTEST pair of black leather knee-high boots). The prices are actually very reasonable when compared to the retail store, and the quality is impeccable. The detail in each piece (you name it - the seams, the quality of the fabric, and especially the linings) makes their clothes worth every pretty penny. I always receive compliments when I wear my Ted Baker spoils. And if that all isn't fabulous enough for you, they offer their clients the Ted-tini, which is a satisfying concoction of grapefruit juice and sapphire gin. The clothes are expensive but in my opinion, it is worth it. Put something on and you will see. Everything looks nice and even though the tag says 100% cotton, it feels like silk. I picked up a new suit and a french cuff shirt for about $420. It is not bad for what you are getting. It can be difficult to get your size. This is an outlet which is why stock is very limited. They have a nicest sales people ever but they can get distracted when the place gets busy. But they are super helpful if you need anything and they offered me and my gf martinis and free stuff while we were there. read more

Just people who are cool, young, constantly make jokes, and are helpful to your shopping. 2) Only Ted Baker outlet in the country. 3) Wide variety of styles that aren't crappy. Most of the other high-end stores at this outlet have way worse and way more boring stuff than normal (Theory, I'm looking straight at you; MaxStudio, you were pretty terrible too). LOVE LOVE LOVE TED BAKER! Well, let me tell how I feel about Ted Baker: I LOVE IT! I came shopping here for a conference I had to go to (the same one that sent me to BR) and I actually had TONS of success here. First of all, the salespeople were AWESOME! Every Ted Baker I've gone to has been exceptional, and this one is no different. Sometimes outlets let the standard fall, but not this one! I came in, tried on some stuff and the fitting room girl was awesome about getting me sizes. They even steamed my dress for me while I made a Starbucks run since I knew that I wasn't going to see this dress again until I wore it at my conference. Also, this dress had crazy pleating on it and Ted Baker put a raw seam through it to keep it in place until I wore it. Gotta love that attention to detail! My favorite designer. I spend a good amount of money at their store in San Francisco. I went to the outlet in December 2010 and spent a lot of money but got around twice the clothes because of the outlet prices. I went again in June and the two salespeople remembered me from my December visit. I spent only $300, but got the best fully lined sport coat, two long-sleeved dress shirts (one french cuff), two short-sleeved casual shirts, and a pair of cuff links. I've been to several Ted Baker locations and all their sales people are great. I can't understand some of the complaints, especially with the outlet guys. The sales guys there are top notch, extremely helpful and not in your face. They always go in the back to look for my size if it's not on display. And, Josh is major eye candy. The one negative. I'm reading other reviews about these martinis and I've never been offered one. I'll surely bring that up next time. read more
