Any store at Crystals is a "when you hit the jackpot kind-of-store" unless...you married a jackpot-well, then shop till you drop. We were greeted warmly by Jorge and he went on to tell us all about the new bags and fashion items. We weren't in the market to buy anything extravagant, we were just window shopping and can appreciate fine apparel that's well crafted with fabrics that feel like buttah! No "Pretty Woman" treatment here! So if I do win the jackpot-I'm coming back:) Fun store to come in and browse-and buy if your wallet is big enough! read more

This is the largest D & C boutique for women and men to open in the US. It is located inside beautiful Crystals within the CityCenter complex. Everything here is laid out beautifully, and it has been pretty close to heaven on earth as far as shopping is concern. Just looking at the store and the store front made of glass, showcasing the brand's traditional elements: dresses, handbags illuminated by bright lights (women's store) or slick suits (men's side), felt like I was at a museum for contemporary fashion. I found out about this newly opened D & C location, and decided to drop in while checking out what Chinese New Year decor has been put up in Crystals and other nearby casinos. I was very impressed with the look and layout of the store, which features apparel, accessories and fine jewelry. Qian, one of the sales associate (women's) was very friendly and told me about the men's store that is also soon to debut inside Crystals, and it is supposed to be even bigger! I can't wait to shop at what will top the current reigning D & C women's boutique flagship store, occupying 65,000 squared feet of luxury retail space. -- UPDATE 3-4-2012 -- Came here late last week, since I was early for dinner with Yelpers. I didn't intend to buy anything, but to see what suits and other items are at the men's D & G store. And they do have some very nice suits. Service is great. Very attentive. If more sales associates were helping and someone ordered pizzas, it would be like the scene from Pretty Women. Price as expected is in the luxury arena, but they do have sales twice a year. Which I am looking forward to, now that I am on their contact list. read more

All the stores at Cristals located in the Aria Hotel are high-end. This particular store had all the incredible merchandise. I just fell in lust with this $3000.00 purse. The staff was watching us like hawks which is kind of a turn off. read more

Largest men's store in the US, I was told, and I definitely agree. I've been to 5 or 6 other stores, and this was a showpiece for sure. Haven't purchased Dolce & Gabbana in a couple years, so it was fun to refresh myself on the new designs out now. I wished I would've grabbed the girls name, but the associate that showed us around the store was very nice and patient. No pressure, and very helpful. Had we taken a more serious interest in a piece, I'm sure it would've gone really well. Oddly ran into Bruno Mars in the store as well, and the "VIP treatment" kicked in for him I guess. They began locking the doors to give him privacy, BUT our girl was still very kind and let us look around as much as we wanted. We also had our baby girl (puppy) with us, so that probably made Bruno a little awkward. Overall beautiful store, and again our associate was very kind and gracious. read more

Gorgeous boutique with runway pieces in the back including all the newest accessories - was fantastic viewing S/S2012 in person. Staff was super-friendly, fun and thoughtful. Store is well laid-out and spacious. Definitely recommend for serious eye candy. read more

Super nice service, the guy was grabbing bags for my mom left and right. Found a bag in the back after asking what my mom wanted. We bought it of course. The only problem was they never gave me the receipt. I tried calling and all they can do is send me a photo via SMS. Other than that, wish they made sure I got the receipt or called me when they already had my number. read more

The Crystals and the shops in it are amazing and high end. We went inside because my bf wanted to get some cologne. I don't remember her name but the lady that helped him was very nice. I looked around a bit and although it does feel like you are being followed if you walk around, I didn't mind. Love their new Mama collection! The lady and the gentleman that rang us up were really nice. They even let me use their super sleek bathroom :) Thanks guys for making us feel like a million bucks even though we didn't spend that! read more

Their clothing store is very nice, good selection and the reps are very nice and helpful. My review is about their other store, also located in Crystals....I was looking for two hand bags for my GF, a rep in their clothing store forwarded my name and number to Jina whom I remember speaking with before when I was looking for a Dolce Gabbana shirt. She said she had both or one of the bags from what I recall, I was also looking at a few other designer bags at the time. I've texted other reps at different designer stores, not just Dolce Gabbana and none of them requested my full name to add to their phone book as Jina did... I received a call from her several weeks after which I rejected and since my voice mail is not set up for several reasons, she then texted me asking for my last name to add to her phone book which to me is very creepy.. Having dealt with other reps at other designer stores, none of whom requested my full name to add to their phone books, I got a bad feeling and told her to delete my number. Watch out for this person, she seems flaky and also very creepy. read more

While window-shopping at Crystals, the girlfriend and I broke the threshold and stepped inside of the Dolce & Gabbana store. The D&G actually consists of two retail operations in different parts of Crystals, one dedicated to men's clothing and the other to women's. The store was modern and tastefully elegant with a full line of men's fashions from suits to shirts to shoes and accessories. Truth be told, I wouldn't normally be found in a store like that, but it never hurts to look (and dream) especially when you're on vacation in Vegas. Plus, the gf would like to see me in things beyond jeans and a t-shirt. The sales "consultant", Tomo, was polite, personable and attentive without a hint of pushiness or impatience. I know I very likely didn't look like their normal, serious D&G customer, but it's nice to be served like you're a VIP. If I could afford to wear Dolce & Gabbana, this is the place I'd go. read more

I love the Dolce&Gabbana store inside the Crystals. Gorgeous mall and gorgeous store. I went there and bought a pair of sunglasses. I was so happy with the service I got from Zina. What an excellent sales person. Attentive, knows her products extremely well, great attitude and care. I ended up having issues with inserting progressive lenses in the sunglasses, at the beginning I was told by opticians that that wasn't a possibility. I was in contact with Zina the entire time, and she reassured me that if I couldn't solve the problem, she would have accepted a return with a full refund. She was so excellent in communicating, that I told her I'll buy everything D&G from her in the future. I ended up being able to replace the lenses so I also kept my beautiful sunglasses.
