I made an appointment online and was called and told the tires were delivered. I told him that I was going to drop the car off first thing in the morning (weekday). He told me they would try to have it ready when they closed but he couldn't say. I said Well I have an appointment scheduled for first thing tomorrow and it's a basic mount and balance of four tires. His reply was they service their customers before Tire Rack Customers. I said excuse me but I am under the impression I am YOUR customer as I will be paying you to mount and balance the tires. He didn't see things that way obviously. I went and picked up the tires took them to NTB around the corner without an appointment and they were mounted and balanced within the hour. Do yourself a favor and don't EVER go to FIRESTONE.
