While I understand that accidents can happen during grooming, it was concerning that this wasn't mentioned or documented so we could monitor the area or seek treatment for potential infection, if necessary. My elderly mother, who picked up the dog, didn't notice the abrasions right away. When I saw her the next day, I immediately noticed both sides were cut. Upon speaking in person with the manager, she insisted it was just "allergies" and offered no apology or refund. This was very disappointing, especially since my mother recently moved here from South Carolina, where she had a groomer she absolutely loved and trusted. I would avoid this place given their lack of transparency and accountability.

When I went to pick my dog up, I saw her interacting and playing with other dogs something I had never seen her do before. Of course, she didn't start whining until she saw me (classic), but it was the cutest thing. You could tell she felt completely comfortable and at ease. The ladies there are genuinely kind and welcoming. From drop-off to pick-up, they were warm, attentive, and clearly care about what they do. That matters. The dogs had no food or water the whole day and it was like 90° inside the building. She was overly aggressive and impatient with the dogs, not good with them at all!! Really sad! The dog is old and feeble already and because of the heat and being overly stressed, caused the dog to have seizures today which he has never had before. They all recommended a mobile groomer and we were hesitant due to the price but it was totally worth every dime. Our dog was beautifully groomed and even gave the groomer kisses she was so at ease.
