Got a game card, ordered an app sampler and we're off to the games. Kids are having fun while we waited for food. After probably 20 minutes, buzzer went off and food is ready. One look and I was immediately not happy. Tips of fries are charred and the tiny pieces of chicken also charged. I know they will be hard and dry inside. Took it to the counter to ask about the cook on the "boneless wings". I explained that there are way many small pieces and they are charred. He says "it's a half order and they look fine." back and forth a while about it but guy thinks it's fine. Asked for a manager, guess what, he is the manager. There isn't a higher up and he was the cashier and cooked the food! Ok,so you probably short staffed, over cooked the food but just won't own up. Wife came to de-escalate and guy finally agree to remake the chicken. I didn't ask about the fries but I have a charred taste in my mouth from one fry as I'm trying this. The remade chicken also showed up and looks much better. Wife kept telling me "it's chuck E cheese" like I should know the food is crap? Previous birthday party I only had pizza and they were OK. I would have been OK if guy didn't argue with me for 5 minutes. You burnt it, offer to remake it and I'd be fine. Bottom line, lesson learned. Don't get the "boneless wings". Go with pizza and don't expect much whatever you order.

Compare to the trampoline park in Miramar, I like this one a lot better. This trampoline park is…read morebigger, with a big obstacle course for older kids and a dedicated toddler part that's got a climbing area. And way less arcade games at the front. When we pay to go play at the trampoline park, I don't want my kids to get distracted by all the blinking arcade games. So I prefer this one over the one in Miramar. We came for a birthday party and the host reserved a dedicated room for the party. That was nice to have our own space. This place is popular for birthday parties because that same day, there were at least five other birthday parties and they have multiple parties at the second floor open space. It felt a little messy for the parties at the open space outside of the room. How do you know which table is for which party?

Bought tickets online thinking it would be faster and a better deal. I was very wrong…read more Online, we paid $20 per parent for one hour of jumping. When we arrived, there was a sign saying parents could jump for $6.99 if tickets were purchased there, which was already frustrating. The second we walked in, the heat hit us like a brick. An employee told us that part of their air conditioning was not working. It was around 90 degrees outside, and it genuinely felt cooler outside than it did inside the building. We were sweating just sitting down. We tried to stay optimistic and headed toward the trampolines, but it was so crowded that it was nearly impossible to jump. There were maybe 10 small benches for approximately 50 parents. Where was everyone supposed to sit? I asked whether a manager was available and explained the situation to the employees at the front. They were understanding, took my phone number and said a manager would call me. No one ever did. I also emailed corporate and received no response. We stayed for less than 20 minutes despite paying for two hours for our child and one hour for both adults. Between the broken air conditioning, extreme heat, overcrowding, lack of seating, pricing difference and complete lack of follow-up, this was a terrible experience. Don't waste your time or money at this location.

The team had a great time and I even played laser tag with them. Super fun and really cool that they have so many options on/in the game truck. Boys were playing online and console games, the rock band was cool on the "patio" at the back of the trailer. Laser tag was super fun and they had a bunch of barriers, tents, etc up to make it exciting and active. Worth every penny since it kept the guys active and engaged instead of just sitting around waiting for dinner. Well done SoCal Gamez!

Easy, and engaging. Gamez on Wheelz pulled up to the park, set up and helped kids and adults run their games smoothly. You will need three parallel spaces to set up in. Perfect for anywhere, although the park was extra swag. There are different options to choose from, depending on the party size. My party turned out to be bigger than expected, but it worked out thanks to our guy! All games are social, and meant to be played with others. There are so many games to choose from, truly a game for everyone!! I only wish there was an option for maybe 1.5 hours instead of the full 2. Definitely still five stars, over and over again. THANK YOU GAMEZ ON WHEELZ! I'll be recommending you to the world!!

The wings weren't dripping with the sauce, just coated, which is exactly how I like my wings. Great sauce to wing ratio!!! The ranch is even the "good" ranch, if you know want I mean. Next, you can't just order a drink at the bar, but instead there's a line stretching from the middle of the bar back towards the door where you need to queue up somehow and order drinks or food. Nope, not interested in doing that. In sum it's lit and laid out like a Chuck-E-Cheese where there are no dark, quiet nooks to enjoy or any space for at the bar interactions. Instead, there's lots of light and noise from all the competing on screen games and no chance of getting a quick drink unless you want to stand in a dubious line. Not my cuppa tea.
