The course is in good shape, has beautiful views, nice tee boxes, and plenty of peace and quiet. I prefer this course to all others in the area due to its simplicity, tranquility, and great service.

You will have to think about what club to use or you will be in one of the many ditches or out of bounds. It's tight on some holes. My friends I golf with did not particularly like the course because it was hard. Higher handicaps on this course are going to get higher. Staff is very friendly. Discount for seniors and military. We did the same for another Poconos course for Friday, and we had no problem using the vouchers there, or at any other course in the past 10 years, probably literally 50 times. JFN management informed us on the day of our visit, that they would not accept the $49 vouchers that we paid for, and we'd need to spend another $95 to play our round. The reason they gave us was that we made our tee times "too far in advance", which is ridiculous. What business wouldn't want to guarantee their sales as far in advance as possible? That's the point of the promotional coupons and the reason they'd participate in such a promotion to begin with. A course in a vacation area should understand that waiting to book until a week before a Saturday morning tee time is completely unrealistic. People need to plan farther in advance when scheduling a golf weekend. We spent over $1500 at their business today, and we will never go back
