The service itself lasts about an hour with three 15‑minute whitening rounds. You sit in a comfy chair with a neck pillow and Netflix, so you can just relax. I love having white teeth -- it makes me feel so much more confident -- and this is my go‑to before events. My results lasted around six months, and even when I returned a year later, I was nowhere near the level of yellow I started at originally. I don't drink much coffee or red wine anymore, so that probably helps too. If you're nervous about sensitivity, I have sensitive gums and always leave feeling fine. Maybe a little sensitivity to cold or sweet foods the first day, but nothing major. The space is clean, sanitary, and usually has one or two other clients at a time.
