They got my number and email address during my appointment and since that time I've gotten harassed every single week. Texts, calls, emails. Every single week. They're as bad as robo calls. Ok so I went in for my whitening today. And the procedure is very very painful. That thing they put in your mouth hurts so bad, and u have to have it on for an hour. After my session my teeth looked exactly the same. I get in my car and I'm looking at my teeth and notice white patches that weren't there before. This is essentially a self-service treatment center, which I didn't realize and wasn't told when scheduling an appointment over the phone. Despite the blue medical office "scrubs" worn by the staff (which I believe are misleading), there is actually no dentist, doctor, nurse or other medical professional on-site. So this is a quasi medical procedure performed by yourself with assistance from laypeople. When you arrive, you are asked to sign a form indicating that you understand the procedure may be ineffective, that multiple paid visits may be required to achieve results, and waiving or diluting your legal rights. This place looks like they could close up shop and vanish out of town in about two hours. I recommend you see a real dentist. Just got my teeth done a few days ago and I'll say the lady who was there was nice but not once did I get a noticeable reminder to not brush before treatment cause that will increase discomfort during session. I didn't know how sensitive my teeth were untill I got in chair and it felt like someone was poking my gums... I do not feel l Iike I got my money's worth and as of now would be very reluctant to recommend to anyone else...
