The lady at the front desk was extremely rude saying my appointment was at 430 I showed her the confirmation saying 430-445 she proceeds to take another guest back that didn't show up for the correct appointment and comes out to the waiting room at 450 to tell me she can't do my teeth tonight. They got my number and email address during my appointment and since that time I've gotten harassed every single week. Texts, calls, emails. Every single week. They're as bad as robo calls. I didn't really look in the mirror after every 15 minutes besides when applying because I wanted to see the difference when I was done with all three treatments. Saw the Groupon for $99 and thought, why the hell not. Made an appointment relatively easily online and walked in for my visit a few weeks later. PROS: - open on the weekends, so I had my treatment on a Saturday morning. - ladies are super sweet and accommodating - check up on you every 15 minutes and even turn on the TV for ya. - pretty much immediate results - you walk out and look at the mirror after your treatment, and are able to see how many shades your teeth have lifted. Mine didn't lift that much because they are already pretty white, but maybe the at-home kit will take it up a notch. - if your gums turn white (like mine did) they return back to pink after 5 minutes. - some people might disagree, but I liked the fact that they make you apply the gel onto your own teeth. After all, you know your mouth best. Also, here's another reason why this is important... CONS - for people with sensitive teeth, MAKE SURE you try to avoid getting the bleach gel on your gums. I didn't think about it at the time, so I brushed that stuff all over my teeth (and gums) without very much precision. Holy hell, by dinner time I was asking my friends for pain medicine and couldn't even enjoy my meal. The burning sensation in my gums was so intense, but I think the worst part was the consistent aching in my teeth, like a nerve had been pinched. - this is gross, but gums are now bleeding and peeling back from teeth. I'm going to give it 1-2 more days before I freak out and call the office. But I'm hoping this is just some kind of sensitive reaction to the bleaching and LED light. - honestly, because of the pain, I probably will never do this again. Until my wedding day. read more

Ok so I went in for my whitening today. And the procedure is very very painful. That thing they put in your mouth hurts so bad, and u have to have it on for an hour. After my session my teeth looked exactly the same. I get in my car and I'm looking at my teeth and notice white patches that weren't there before. This is essentially a self-service treatment center, which I didn't realize and wasn't told when scheduling an appointment over the phone. Despite the blue medical office "scrubs" worn by the staff (which I believe are misleading), there is actually no dentist, doctor, nurse or other medical professional on-site. So this is a quasi medical procedure performed by yourself with assistance from laypeople. When you arrive, you are asked to sign a form indicating that you understand the procedure may be ineffective, that multiple paid visits may be required to achieve results, and waiving or diluting your legal rights. This place looks like they could close up shop and vanish out of town in about two hours. I recommend you see a real dentist. Just got my teeth done a few days ago and I'll say the lady who was there was nice but not once did I get a noticeable reminder to not brush before treatment cause that will increase discomfort during session. I didn't know how sensitive my teeth were untill I got in chair and it felt like someone was poking my gums... As soon as I was done, yes, my teeth looked whiter but the next day they seemed to settle back to original color. I do not feel l Iike I got my money's worth and as of now would be very reluctant to recommend to anyone else... After ad was posted I went to dentist and was told that my teeth would not take well to the system they use here.
