He surrounds himself with the BEST staff - I can honestly say I look forward to going. Today, however, was above and beyond. I had to take my 91 year old mom to have a tooth extracted. She has advanced dementia and gets anxious and upset very easily. Not only did Doc come out and help me get her from car to wheelchair, but he and his staff surrounded her with utmost care and compassion. I was almost moved to tears at their kindness. I absolutely cannot recommend this office enough. There are no better people.

I had lost several front teeth and needed implants, and Dr. Wachtel handled the whole process with such warmth and compassion that it made an overwhelming situation feel manageable. She clearly cared about getting the outcome right -- not just functionally, but in a way that restored my confidence. Dr. Wachtel has since moved on, and the staff from my time there has likely turned over completely -- but what impressed me recently is that the current team was just as wonderful. When I reached out years later needing help obtaining my old records for an ongoing medical case, they were responsive, helpful, and went out of their way to assist me without hesitation. That kind of continuity of care and genuine helpfulness -- even for a patient from years ago with a completely different team -- says a lot about the culture this practice has maintained. Once you enter, it's nice and bright. Cherry blossoms and nature decor. Aesthetically very pleasing. Very calm, soothing music playing in the background. 2-3 receptionist at the front to check you in. Maybe about 12 seats to sit on to wait, with various selections of couches/chairs. Their equipment all looks pretty high tech and expensive. They even have a laser for kids so they don't have to get a numbing needle prick. Cool place. Decent experience, no complaints. I was referred out. Hygienist was very nice. Cleaned my teeth very thoroughly, left with my teeth feeling very clean.

I am fortunate that Singing Hills Dentistry is not far from where I live. I was having issues with…read morean upper molar and Dr. Jamma realized that I needed a root canal, because of a crack, after looking at the x-rays and testing the molar. She referred me to a local "Endo" who performed the root canal, but I not only returned to Singing Hills Dentistry for the new crown, but for a second on the adjacent tooth and come cavity work on one of my wisdom teeth. I was very impressed with Dr. Jamma and her staff at this dentistry. Everyone was very polite, had very good senses of humor, and were compassionate. Christina at the front desk was not only friendly, but also very thorough in explaining what my insurance covered and what I had to pay out of pocket. In other words, there were no surprises. Thank you Christina. Dr. Jamma was clear on what needed to be done to fix what needed to be fixed, she gave me options, and as the work was being completed, she not only took the time to explain what she was doing, she continuously asked if I was okay and if I felt any pain. That was very nice of her. Thank you! Gloria and Carla are Dr. Jamma's assistance and they are great. Gloria prepped the areas for Dr. Jamma. She was very friendly and gentle as much as one can be, in the line of work she is in. Carla, was tasked with removing the temporary crowns and setting the new ones. She was phenomenal with her job. She kept at it, until the permanent crowns were set comfortably in my mouth and did interfere with other teeth. I even stated to her that I liked the way she was a "perfectionist" in setting those crowns. She, too was very nice and friendly. Well done Carla. I also had the opportunity to get to know Debbie, the dental hygienist, who cleaned my teeth on my first visit. She was amiable and full of great advice regarding teeth cleaning. The office offers a nice waiting room with filtered water. I like the flat screens they have in the rooms with relaxing images and videos. I will be returning in about a month for further work and most likely another crown on a tooth that has a large chip. More to come.

I came in with multiple broken/missing teeth thinking some couldn't be saved, but I was wrong. They have payment plans available if needed. All options are discussed beforehand. The entire team was kind, attentive, and always checked in about comfort, fit, and color. They truly want you to leave happy.
