Great experience overall. I'm glad I chose here after spending hours reviewing places on Yelp. Price was prob the best I researched for a single treatment that used the uv light style whitening. I liked that they also had a lot of before and after pics to back them up. Def noticed results after they were done and writing this a week later. While I would have liked a tad whiter, overall I was satisfied. I'll go back in 6 months when my teeth are still fairly white and I'm sure the next treatment will get me to the shade I want. I was also injured when I went in with a severe back injury and they were really nice accommodating me. This super cute gal (forget her name) working that day was very sweet in helping me get settled and treating my teeth (please marry me). Only complaint is get some new chairs Moe! Let me start by saying I AM very happy with my results. My teeth are noticeably whiter. I was really excited about this place based on all of the positive reviews and thought it was somewhere I would be able to frequent and recommend for my own clients, family, and friends I should also mention that I work in the beauty industry and have pretty high standards for customer service, cleanliness, etc. Moe was friendly and attentive the entire appointment. Here are the reasons I unfortunately will not be a return customer: 1. The office does not feel as though it is up to cleanliness standards. Things/instruments were labeled, but there was carpet throughout the entire office. Places like this should always have hard surface floors than can be cleaned and sanitized properly. The ceiling you stare at during your treatment is falling apart and has or has had water damage to it. These are just 2 out of about 10 cosmetic things I noticed. 2. The "massage" chairs feel more like you're getting tapped on your back. You have to recline them yourself, manually, like a beach chair. It just did not feel like a luxury treatment. 3. There is always a possibility that you will be in the same room as someone else who is also getting their teeth whitened. I'm sorry, but for a treatment like teeth whitening, it's just unacceptable. The only thing separating me and another customer was one of those foldable room dividers. There are definitely better ways to divide the space with more privacy for patrons. 4. I was left with a blister/burn on the inside of my my bottom lip, which I can only assume was from the whitening gel transferring. It'll be a few days before it's completely healed. Not the end of the world, but it was just the icing on top of a not very good cupcake. I really struggled with whether to give 2 or 3 stars. I can tell that Moe is trying his best to make this a successful business. It was easy to book an appointment and he was very informative about pre-care, the process, and post-care. Ultimately, I got the results I wanted. read more

Just got my teeth whitened here today! I usually have very sensitive teeth when it comes to whitening them, however my teeth barely felt any sensitivity after my session with Moe. He offers a sensitivity gel to help before the session begins for an extra $20, but it was so worth it! He was professional and kept checking in on me throughout the appointment. My friend got her teeth whitened here for the first time and so I thought I'd give whitening another try. I've done laser whitening once before a couple of years ago but this time I enjoyed it a little more because of the massage chair lol. Moe was also very accommodating and would check in on you to see if everything was going okay and to make sure the laser was positioned properly every time. The whitening gel is placed on 3 times for 20 mins each. My teeth aren't sensitive at all but I did feel a little sensitivity on a small part of my gums with the second round of application, but it went away quickly after and Moe was very reassuring. In the end, I did notice instant results but you also have to look at different lightings and give it a couple of minutes to settle in. Moe made sure to compare the shades of the before and after and took pictures for comparison as well (see pic). I didn't feel any sensitivity afterwards, but he does have desensitizing gel if you need it! He gave thorough aftercare instructions, which I liked and followed carefully. After a couple of hours, I did notice my teeth were starting to get a little sensitive and they were throughout the entire day but that's pretty common and it was bearable. He also mentioned to not brush hard and that is true because upon brushing I felt my gums were tender but after 48 hrs it's all good. Overall, good experience & will be back! read more
