I made my appointment over the phone easy peasy and located it easily in the Eastern Hills Mall. I was greeted very warmly by part owner Michelle even though I was about 5 minutes late. Michelle was very kind, informative, and attentive during the entire appointment. Each session consists of wearing this plastic apparatus that keeps your mouth open and your teeth dry and exposed. You don red safety goggles and are guided in applying the whitening agent to your smile. A small heat lamp with a timer is then placed in front of your mouth for 20 min at a time. The heat potentiates the action of the whitening solution. After each session you take out the apparatus (careful, drool), rinse your mouth, and take a break. After the first session I noticed a lift in stains but it wasn't until after the second session that I really noticed a difference. After the third session I was positively glowing. My teeth whitened 8 shades in 60 min and I couldn't be happier with the results. *Bonus they gave me a free whitening pen to use for touch ups* Hints: 1. Brush your teeth before your appointment 2. You cannot eat or drink anything but water for 2 hours after your appointment so plan ahead. 3. The "White Diet" (foods that are light or white in color) is recommended for 24-48 hours after your appointment, (chicken, turkey, white pasta, cottage cheese, potatoes etc). So plan accordingly. 4.Tooth sensitivity is expected 24-72 hours following the session and Sensodyne is recommended. It is 48 hours post my appointment and two of my teeth are a tiny bit sensitive right now. 5. Buy straws to drink everything out of, this takes the liquid past your teeth to avoid staining. 6. Buy some white wine, stick a straw in it, and celebrate how awesome you look.

I'm an existing patient and she wont take care of an issue that was caused at the practice without forcing me do things I don't want and don't need. I have no sensitivity and no pain. No need for an x-ray. I have never gone to a doctor that has required me to getting an x-ray to be seen. Absolutely no morals with this woman. Total money grab, not compassionate, bad ethics, worse than a used car salesman. Do not go to her unless you want to get ripped off and forced to do things that are unnecessary. So disappointed in the change. A wonderful practice ruined.
