I went to Buffalo Aesthetics after seeing several people suggest this place on a Facebook group I am on and the reviews here on yelp/google. I was looking for a place to even out my asymmetrical lips (my left side is much fuller than my right). I had lip injections once before and it wasn't a great experience as I bruised terribly and the product fell low and I kept biting them. I expressed my concerns to Dr. Desai and he was wonderful. He spent a significant amount of time looking at my face and explained to me that bruising and falling product does happen, but he used a cannula techno which reduces bruises and swelling. He numbed and started the injections. He was gentle and I loved my lips immediately. (He chose Juvederm for my lips). Although the cannula technique was a little more intense than just injecting the lips, I completely agree it's much better for swelling and bruising. I'm writing this the next day and I hardly have any bruising which is insane! All in all I'm really happy. I will be back and I will get more of their great skincare services. Came here for a consult and I've been screamed at the entire time by Bobbi, who has a serious attitude. Also quite impatient. I get that the consult is free, but you definitely getter better customer service elsewhere. They were also extremely pushy about getting my credit card info before showing up and it took more effort than necessary to have the free consult without being on the hook. Also barely any transparent pricing throughout the entire consult. Hearing "the pricing has changed" multiple times after being told prices over the phone and seeing prices posted on their websites inspires no confidence. Also one thing I do appreciate, even though that's also dishonest online, is that they eventually admitted it's laser hair "reduction" and not "removal". The consult lady after spending some time explaining why this might be painful and how she's been doing that same laser hair removal for a while, then comes back to tell me that she doesn't do it, and then they don't do the laser hair removal I requested at any of their locations. 30 mins of driving for nothing. That's crappy business. Look elsewhere for honest folks. read more

I went here to get my botox on and let me tell you, everyone was so nice and professional. I was very well informed by the nurse practitioner about the health risk and benefits. I didn't have any wrinkles but I am healthcare professional and my job is very stressful, therefore I am all about prevention.When the doc came in to do the procedure he was very kind and gentle and it was done in less than a minute.I only had forehead done.However, don't expect to see results right away it took exactly 8 days for the botox to kick in and I am very pleased with the results. I was told that it last roughly six months but If you workout a lot like myself or have a high metabolism you'll most likely need a touch up sooner than later.The cost was $179 and it increases the more areas you do. I had fillers done on the " marianetti" lines going from the sides of the nose to the outer edge of the lips, and it looked Amazing! Not only that , they lasted me for almost 2 years! I opted for botox more for relief of a migraine. Buffalo Aesthetics was highly recommended to me at the French Road location. Immediately upon entering this boutique I was greeted by a beautiful and cheerfully welcoming staff member. I was brought into a visually stimulating comfortable private room for consultation. This is not my first experience with botox injections but rather my fifth. The difference between previous treatments and today's service is placement of product, pain free, bruise free, consulting and results along with prine quality 5 star treatment. Dr. Desai is an expert who combines art with anatomy. He is able to place this product in a way which transformed my face while curing my migraine. The cost was more than affordable and the quality exceeds the cost of the session. He sees things within your skin and has an understanding of how each muscle will react and injects accordingly. I had Botox done today at Buffalo aesthetics by Rosanna. I am very scared of needles and even though I know they're using a very small needle the act of injecting it makes my palms sweat. Rosanna was very good at calming my nerves and my fears. It started out with a consultation, discussion on what I wanted to achieve, how we were going to achieve it, and then the injections. What I really liked was that at no point after I stated what I wanted achieved, was there pushing to "upsell". They were very respectful of what I wanted work done on, and not just pushing me to do all three areas of my face. Which I greatly appreciate it because I don't wanna work on things that don't need work. I highly recommend you go and see Rosanna or one of the other fully capable staff members. read more

Do not go here. The two times I had Botox at Buffalo Aesthetics the results were terrible. I want to preface this with saying that I've had Botox and Dysport many times before at a different meds-spa. I know how my body reacts and what to expect. The first time I got Botox for my 11s, crows feet, and forehead. I never fully got the proper results. Even after waiting a full 2 weeks I still had prominent winkles in all areas and a lot a movement. The second time I went back (I don't know why In did), which was about 6 months later I got Dysport injections in the same three areas. The results lasted only two months. Every other time I got Botox at a different spa my results lasted 4-5 months. These two negative experiences would leave me to believe I did not receive enough. I also find it odd that they charge by the number of areas, not by units. If someone requires fewer units why are the paying the same amount as one who gets more? When I called both times to tell them I did not get good results what did they tell me to do? Go back and pay to get more, except this time they charge by the unit. There are many other, more reputable places out there. Don't take your chances here. Botox is expensive. Don't risk wasting your money here. You will not be satisfied with the results. read more

Recently I noticed the sign for Buffalo Aesthetics in a plaza I frequent and I thought, "huh. I should check them out on Yelp, I wonder what they have". I ended up going to their website and I saw they have many, MANY services and were offering botox for $11.50 a unit. That is an amazing deal, especially in Buffalo, so I decided I needed to try this place. Super easy to schedule an appointment, they got me in on the day and time I first requested. Dr. Desai was on time for my appointment, I appreciate when doctors can do that. Not gonna lie, I liked him immediately because I noticed he has a slight Canadian accent. I'm married to a Canadian, that country produces the politest and kindest people. We talked about my past botox experiences, how many units I use, what areas concern me. The great thing about Dr. Desai is he wasn't trying to up-sell me on more areas than I wanted. I prefer to get the crow's feet next to my eyes treated but my forehead wrinkles don't bother me in the least. It was nice to have a doctor listen to what bothers me and not try to convince me that others areas need work too. THAT IS RARE in this business so you need to relish it where you find it. Dr. Desai actually used Dysport instead of Botox, but they are basically the same thing. I have the exact same results I normally get from botox. I actually really like how Dr. Desai injected the Dysport because while it froze out my crow's feet, my face still looks relaxed and I can still show all my emotions. I have a 3 year old son and I still need to be able to shoot "Mom Eyes" at him when he's doing something naughty, he needs to still be able to tell when I'm upset. It was just the right amount of killing the eye wrinkles while still preserving the "Don't F with me!" ability for the eyes to give death rays. I've gotten some injections in the past that left me with black eyes from the botox or needles marks from the injections. I was delighted I have ZERO bruises from Dr. Desai. Nothing, not even tiny ones. I left his office with some ice and I still went and ran my afternoon errands because unless you were looking really close at my face you would have never known where the needles went. He's good! The best parts for me was the location, this place is only around 5 minutes from my house. Also, the price! Holy smokes, significantly cheaper than the plastic surgeon in Williamsville I was going to. Ladies, you don't need to pay $13.50 - 20 a unit for botox in Buffalo anymore. Go to Dr. Desai at Buffalo Aesthetics, he's gonna freeze out your wrinkles for a lot less. Having done Botox for 8-ish years and now tried Dysport, I can say they both give great results. The Dysport did have a much faster effect, within 48 hours it was significant. So, it's cheaper and works faster? YES, please! One last thing that sets Dr. Desai apart from others is his follow up. I received a txt asking how I was doing and how I liked the results. That was nice, it's great to see he cares about if his clients are happy with the work! If you are on the fence about trying Botox, give this place a shot. The prices are great and the work is excellent too. read more

Terrible place. Botox did not work at all called complained she gave me more and still did absolutely nothing. They are either diluting the botox to the point it doesnt work or lying and giving dysport when i specifically said both times that it doesn't work on me and i want botox. Or the injector has no clue what she is doing at the transit rd depew location. i work in derm and been getting botox for years and never had an issue until i came to this place. I would NEVER go back and completely wasted $200. Beware people. read more

Less than pleased with this place. After spending thousands of dollars here to get my lips done and still not getting the look i wanted, i was fed up. I finally went to another place to do my lips and she was mortified that i had 3 viles of Filler in my lips (that's a lot for those who don't know). Also, he filled my lips all above my lip line instead of my actual lips. On top of that, i now have this blue bump on my lip from his improper injections. In the second photo you can see the top (Buffalo Aesthetics work) my lips are uneven, blue dot on my lower lip, and a ton of filler above my lip line. The bottom is the new place i go to which she evened me out and fixed the horrible job done by this place. I do not suggest anyone go here from my own personal experience. I had lip injections. I had a LOT of bruising above my lips almost to my nose. The results were not pleasing to me and I felt they were quite uneven. There is still some filler above my lips to this day. I thought my lips looked better before. This was very upsetting for a long time and made me very self conscious. However, I went somewhere else and two years later they are evened out and I NEVER had any bad bruising like that at the other place! read more

I got a hydro facial and i typically go to WNY heathly complexions spa. They didn't have any opening. It's $175 for a 30min service over at WNY they last 60-90mins so i was a little shocked by that. The environment is why i won't come back here. The bright ceiling light was left on, the bed is beyond uncomfortable. This isn't a place you go to in order to relax.
