Concierge offers both implants & bridges. My insurance policy made my choice for me, but the pricing was in line with what my peers have paid recently. I wanted to also call attention to the Cherry app that they connected me with that can approve you for extended payments starting at 0% interest if that is more comfortable ;). Anyway, there was no pressure, no long waits and since it had been an uncomfortably long time since I'd had regular dental maintenance Dr. Hoon made sure that I got in for a good cleaning, the hygienist was super nice! Also seeing a dentist was not to be that day. She perormed a little cleaning with a water pick and stopped. She would do the rest with the deep cleaning. I complained and she did a little more, but no scrapeing, polishing or dentist evaluation. I was shown to another room where a man told me that would be $1800+. He also told me they gave me a free cleaning. Not true compared to the many times in my 70+ years of experience. (That would have been covered by insurance.) They clearly are upcharging and i wonder if the hygenist works on commission. Let the patient beware! I would really like to give them zero stars.

I moved to North Carolina in 2016, started with a new dentist and found out during X-rays that my implant post is diagonal instead of straight. A second opinion along with standard and panoramic X-rays confirm this. There's a large gap between my bone and implanted tooth that's allowing bacteria in. I'm now faced with having the implant removed and redone. This is not acceptable after spending thousands to have the first implant. Now 5 years later having to repeat the entire procedure? I am not happy. I want people to be aware.
