I booked a simple blowout with some curls -- nothing complicated -- but was met with pushback and attitude the moment I arrived. Instead of listening to my request, the stylist (who turned out to be the owner, Freida) insisted on doing it her way. She straightened the top of my hair near the roots and curled only the bottom, which left it looking frizzy, flat, and messy. I politely asked her to fix it multiple times, but the more she touched it, the worse it got. Rather than listening or trying to improve the situation, Freida became increasingly rude and dismissive. I was shocked by how unprofessional and cold she was -- especially as the owner. I left the salon in tears, completely humiliated and disappointed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If they can't even do a simple blowout, how can you possibly trust them with anything else?

You do have to be clear on what you want and speak up about styles, I think sometimes they get a bit too trendy and creative rather than just giving what was asked. But they want feedback and for you to have a good experience- and I think the prices are exactly on point.
