They called me the next day ( thurs)and told me that locke supply and Johnston didn't have the part. My husband drove to locke supply and purchased the part. ( you know the one that locke didn't have) Superhero came back out on Fri and spent 6 hours fixing our ac. He even called his supervisor out to help. When they left they told my husband a breaker was bad. My husband ended up changing out 3 breakers because changing the 1 they said didn't fix our unit so he tried the other 2. I called out a different company who came out and in less than an hour had my ac unit up and running. I was told by the new company that Superhero wired a wire wrong and was grounding out the unit.

Cameron explained that Shawn took on other employment and sold the business to Cameron. I was hesitant setting an appointment date until I could do a little recent review research but the more Cameron talked, the better feeling I had about him so I went ahead and made an appointment while still on the phone. Cameron has now been to the house twice for HVAC check-ups. On each visit I told myself I made a great decision by going with my hunch. Cameron spends about an hour during each visit making sure all settings are correct, contact points are in order, thermostats are working correctly, filters are clean or replaced without additional charge,etc,etc. He truly does outstanding work and when finished he assures me he will come to the house for non appointment / emergency service if ever needed.

He came back and worked extensively to get it working. The problem wasn't his problem it was an electrical panel issue. Electrician corrected the electrical problem that corrected the issue. This all happened on a Sunday we reached out and Luke showed up and diagnosed the issue.(Sunday)He then came back on Monday and repaired my furnace after getting parts. I can't emphasize enough what peace of mind it is to have someone come out on a Sunday. In actuality we're sort of lucky that the short in our system didn't burn down the house.
