For years, WFIT hosted our website and our business emails. We didn't have that many problems, but when we did, they were right on it. We shut down our office and are mostly retired now, although we still maintain the company. Since moving everything to our home, we seem to have at least one technical glitch a month, if not more, that requires me to contact "the guys". They provide help immediately and always seem to fix whatever issue we reported to them. They access our devices remotely and that has never been an issue. The prices they charge us are by far the most reasonable we have ever paid to an IT firm in the 30+ years we have been in business.
