Jesse showed up on time and was very professional and very knowledgeable, he even recommended what to use to clean the A/C unit to keep it in good shape. Purchased Lowes Fridge, used warranty from GE and they contracted with these guys. Never showed up, never called, refused us service.

I had an issue with a new refrigerator purchased through Home Depot. it's a Frigidaire brand. The warranty sourced out the service technician to Tekniton. This was last Thursday morning. I have been calling since Monday morning to get a status. They have told me multiple times that someone will call me back. Today now Wednesday morning I finally get a hold of someone and they hung up on. Don't waste your time. Title: Extremely Disappointed - Faulty Dryer & Poor Customer Service I purchased the GE Profile 28" 7.8 Cu. Ft. Gas Dryer (Model: PFD95GSPTDS) from Build.com expecting top-of-the-line performance, but it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Delivered and installed on November 11, 2025, the dryer completely lost power on January 12, 2025--barely two months later. I contacted GE on January 13, and they sent Tekniton, a third-party repair service, on January 16. The technician (Jesse C.) spent five minutes looking at the dryer before diagnosing a burned-out motherboard--but he didn't have the part. He returned two weeks later, on January 30, only to tell me that GE sent him the wrong part. It took three separate calls from me before the service company finally scheduled another appointment for February 14. The technician installed the new motherboard, but it burned out immediately upon testing! Instead of replacing the unit, GE insisted on trying yet another fix--this time replacing the WiFi module and motherboard. As of today, I still haven't heard from GE or the repair company regarding when (or if) my dryer will actually be repaired. This is completely unacceptable for a premium gas dryer that retails for $1,649. A brand-new appliance should not fail this quickly, nor should a simple repair take over a month with no resolution in sight. GE, I expect you to replace this defective unit immediately or provide a real solution this week. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They were sent by GE to repair a four month old dishwasher. It is defective but they will not relay the information to GE so we can get it replaced. They have lied. They have not shown up for appointments. No one ever calls back when they claim they will. I am given false names. I am STUCK with them for the warranty replacement - but would never pick them. Anyone else is better. read more

I got a call from them for the Midea recall. I called back no answer. So I tried a few days later and got through, the lady was nice and we made an appt for today 1pm-5pm for technician to come. No one showed up. I called 3x, no answer, nothing. I can't get through to anyone. I rearranged my day to be here! so rude. read more

Will not answer phone calls during their business hours of 8am-5pm after they just left me a voicemail. Mailbox states it's full and disconnects you. Emailed them and they said they called. Wouldn't even schedule it via email. Joel their tech came for 5 min, stated he needs the part which hasn't arrived. Should take 48 hours to arrive. According to Samsung, they should have had the part as the warehouse is in San Diego and these things are ordered ahead of time. Of course after that short visit, no one is updating me or responding. Email and calling without a response. Left voicemail with no callback. Called Samsung and they couldn't reach them either, what a surprise. So now I have a new service repair group. This company is terrible and I'm just happy they lost this job. Oh and these people from the company are terrible : Ramona Cioara & Razvan Dore. It's not hard to answer the phone... I was worried because of the previous reviews. However, we had a good experience overall. We were part of the Midea recall and we needed our window A/C unit fixed. It was challenging to get through via phone, which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. We looked on the website and found a service request form online. That worked great. They called us back quickly and had an appointment window for us the next business day. The technician, Saro, was knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. He did the job quickly and efficiently, and explained to us what he was doing. Thank you for the great service. read more

LONG STORY... so grab a cup of coffee... I bought a $350 Samsung TV from Costco. It's been freezing, so I called Costco Warranty Dept and they set up a repair with Samsung for a TV TECH to come out. The TECH was from TEKNITON here in Yorba Linda. He checked the TV out, asked me some questions, spoke with Samsung and then said... I need to order a new computer board and will also need to replace the screen at the same time. The fact that Samsung wanted to repair a $350 TV was a shock!! Buy hey, new board, new screen... OK go for it. It took about a week for them to call and let me know the parts were in and another week before I had free time for the appointment. The same TECH came out to install the new parts. After the new parts were installed, the TV worked but it was not communicating with the Blu-Ray player. The TECH called Samsung and after a few minutes on the phone, he said there was a glitch with the new board and they would need to REORDER the same parts. OMG!! Remember, we're NOT talking about a $5,000 TV... but a $350 Samsung!! SO, here's where it all goes down hill... It took them about 2 weeks to call me back with the parts. Since I am SELF EMPLOYED, I had to wait another week before I had a Monday off for the parts installation. The appointment was made for Monday between 9AM and 1PM. They usually give you a 1/2 hour courtesy call. This time NO CALL. 1PM came and gone. At 1:30 I called their office and spoke to the girl who usually answers the phone. I explained that their TECH didn't show up. She put me on old and I guess called or texted the TECH. She said HE IS GOING TO CALL YOU. OK... thanks and bye.. Two hours later, no call so I called the TEKNITON office again. Same girl answers. NO CALL FROM THE TECH... "OH, he didn't call you?" She then said, I HAVE NO IDEA WHY. So I suggested she CALL him and check and then call me back. DUH... I should have known better... NO CALL BACK from her either! NOW it's after 5PM and they are closed. NO PROBLEM... At this point I called COSTCO Warranty Service back and explained the issue and told her I did NOT want TEKNITON back at my house. The Costco REP called SAMSUNG... and much to my surprise... they are going to send a DIFFERENT COMPANY out to repair my $350.00 TV!! Bottom Line... Although the TV TECH was nice and very cordial, I would never use TEKNITON for any kind of TV repair. As for the VOICE on the other side of the phone at the TEKNITON OFFICE... she does NOT belong in CUSTOMER SERVICE! The tech. Was able to come earlier than the original afternoon appointment (which was wonderful). He called to see if it was OK to come early. Our Samsung Washing machine was leaking water out the bottom. We had the same problem back in May, and LA Best Appliance Repair came tightened a leaking hose. This leak was from the same place. The Tektnitron tech. Secured the hose won't leak again. read more

They tell you 1pm to 5pm someone will call you for your appointment then at 4:55pm they call and say they can't make it and need to reschedule. Absolutely worthless company. read more

HORRIBLE! If I could give negative stars I would. They were assigned to us through Samsung warranty, the lack of service was so horrible we requested a new company. Probably the worst customer service I've ever received. Look them up on the better business bureau, F rating with 32 complaints in the last 3 years. read more

In the first place, they never ever pick up the phone. Their service charge (estimate) is $100.00 while most of the other companies are $50.00 or $65.00. My warranty took longer than the 30 days they give you after the initial visit, so they kept my $100.00 and they decided they won't do the service because other companies came to do the service, which is a lie. I never had anybody come to fix the fridge. I went to their place since they don't pick up the phone, but they don't answer the door either. This is a very unreliable and fake place. Don't waste your time with them. There are a lot of other places to go to. I thought it was a good choice because is close to my home, but it was the biggest mistake. read more

The worst of the worst I'm usually the first one to jump on Yelp to get crazy but I had to follow through with this review because I am never experienced a worse company. I'm not answering the phone to not answering call backs from the technician in no way can I recommend them. When the technician wanted to leave he asked if he could go out through the garage versus leaving the front door which my his and said no to. It extremely odd and now I have an alert in place with security. I called My appliance company that referred them and after they researched them they said they would request another Service provider. Fast, reliable, and kind. Had an issue with my gas range that was out of warranty. They recommended I speak to Samsung to get a one-time allowance which allowed them to fix issue free of charge. Saro, the technician who came to my home, was very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Would recommend them for any Samsung appliance issues. read more
