I spoke to Sam on yesterday November 11th 2022 to set up an appointment for him to come and evaluate my home for a security system/cameras it is now 1022 Saturday Saturday November 12th 2022 . I received no phone call or text that he would not make it for honor our appointment I would not recommend this company based on they can't keep a simple appointment without any communication.Now mind you we spoke the day before and set the appointment so there should not have been any confusion or any reason not to show up without a text or phone call. We have been very impressed with Brian's problem solving ability as he thinks outside the box for ways to make all our systems better. Brian really enjoys the design elements and is always looking for improvements rather than just knocking out a things to fix list. I thought Sam were all of these great things I posted a week ago but we actually had a very unhappy frustrating experience with him. He was quick got it done the same day so we paid him over 1k in cash & then our surround sound system did not work correctly, only 2 out of 5 speakers worked. We called him back he came a week later & said he fixed it however still not working. The 3rd time out he sent another guy & we were told we had to buy a new receiver $600 that was the discounted price. But the old receiver worked with the old speakers just fine. Not sure what happened with this gig but a truthful review must be told. I feel liable bc my husband wanted to go with Best Buy & me being the yelp queen found someone right away but was it worth the time saved not really bc they came out 3x's before getting it right. Sam and his crew installed a wired 8 camera system in my two story home. Something others wanted to charge much more for and said would take 3-4 days. They did it in about 8 hours. Minimum holes were made running the wires from the attic to each camera location. All the cameras are cleanly mounted with no wires showing anywhere. Came right out when I called them. Installed a couple days later and everything went smooth. THEN a camera went bad. Been trying to get these guys to honor the warranty for over a month. The last response is "we are very busy". Unbelievable. The warranty sounds good but what good is it if you don't honor it.? Do what you say tour gonna do!!!!! Update*******. 11/16. Purchased our camera system 2 years ago. All was fine until recently 2 of the cameras lost their night vision capabilities. A bit of miscommunication trying to get an appointment set but Sami stayed true to word and honored the 3 year warranty. Came out replaced the cameras and all is good again. read more

Got work done from these guys back when I had my home in Anaheim. These guys are finally on Yelp. I heard about them through a colleague of mine about 4 years ago who loved the camera work they provided. So I gave them a shout to help install a flat screen on the wall and set up my receiver and speakers. Not sure if things have changed since but I recall the gentleman being very cool and service was very quick. It is (or at least was) a small operation bc I remember he brought his brother on the weekend to help him. Seemed like a genuinely good guy. Very knowledgable too. Glad he's still in business! This company is great!!! their customer service and knowledge is unparalleled. My parents liked how professional and careful they were when installing their camera system. Sam and Jesus came out the same day we called and set everything up, they did have a small glitch in that the DVR system we had bought separately was not working properly. He stayed very late trying to trouble shoot the issue with no luck and no fault of his own. To mitigate that they sold my parents a new DVR system that works great. They had to come the next day to install the new DVR system, installed the mobile apps on my parents phone and showed them how to use it. We were able to contact him on a Saturday and due to the urgency of our situation, he came out extremely quickly and spent an entire day at our home installing top quality cameras around the entire perimeter of our property. We can see everything that happens, in real time, in color, both on a 24" screen and on multiple lap tops which we can carry with us around the house. It gives us incredible peace of mind.
