I dont know what happened to Frank but his business Ethics changed Drastically. Originally I would only contact Frank for TV Mount needs but very recently I scheduled an appointment last Friday for the following day Saturday and he completely left me flat with no call no text. Followed up with him Saturday evening and he stated he couldnt make it but instead if he could make it for Sunday "Fathers Day". Im like sure whatever lets get this done. Im waiting for him all day Sunday....nothing all day...guy says he forgot to tell his wife and therefore he couldnt make it and that he wanted one more chance for Monday. Sure thing the guy went completely MIA on Monday no response. Personally I felt he placed us in last priority because he probably wanted to go after bigger fishes which I dont knock the hustle...but this also tells me that this man is a one-man-band-man for years and instead of hiring help to assist with other clients, he rather do it himself and choose which clients he wants to cater..aka the more $$$ the better chances. Look I totally get it...if you cant make it or you're completely booked I respect that....but the whole leaving us flat making false promises? Thats just uncalled for. Frank is awesome! His work is priceless. He's extremely friendly, gives great advice, and most importantly he cleans up after himself which most people do NOT do nowadays! My husband and I were bickering about what would look nicer and he broke it down for me to understand why it would like nicer one way than the other. I understand and I loved the way it turned out! Thank you Frank! Any time we need anything done we will definitely be calling you! Oh and as for the reject that says Frank has changed. Not true. He showed up as promised, on time, cleaned up after himself and spent the day installing at my house. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen complications and the installation ran took longer than expected. THE OWNER FRANK HAS LOST HIS WORK ETHIC! I hired TekRaptors (Frank) in March 2015 to do what I believe to be a big job. Install 3 large screen TV's, install a security system with 8 HD cameras, install a surround sound system in my ceilings, and program 2 universal touch screen remotes. Not a small job by any means, and I was pretty happy with all of his work. Even so that when my neighbor recently asked about cameras for his home, I gave him Franks contact info. When I followed up with my neighbor to see how it was going he never had one good thing to say about Frank; he's late, no show, has excuses, etc. I told my neighbor I'm sorry that does not sound like Frank, so I called frank to see if he is alright and to let him know about the concerns my neighbor mentioned to me. Frank said it's a misunderstanding he will be at my neighbors house and wrap the job up this weekend. So now here is my recent concerns with Frank, In July I wanted to upgrade my security cameras to a more expensive system, I bought the system and contacted Frank to just install them. He said no problem, since than all I have gotten are excuses, and no shows. Technically I'm currently waiting for him to be at my house while I'm writing this review, he is three hours late and texted me 2 hours ago saying he is on his way, If he ends up showing this evening I'm going tell him to get lost. At one time Frank did nice work and he cared about his clients, but he is not the same person. He treats someone who has spent thousands with him and recommend his services to others, like this? Frank agreed to mount my TV as well as install my home theater. He quoted me and we discussed when and how we could complete the process. After mounting my television, he never followed up regarding the home theater install and did not return my phone calls. It took over two weeks before I heard back and he assured me he would get the job done and that I was on his schedule. He never showed up to do the job and has not reached out since.
