Noticed after the charging port was replaced, the sound was muffled and I called them the next day and they said they would look at it. The following day they said nothing was wrong with the sound but would cost $65 to diagnose the issue that was not present when I brought my iPad there. Now the sound does not even come out of the iPad. I still have to go to Apple now to get this issue resolved. COMPLETE SCAM
