That said, we want to recognize our waiter, Anil, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. He provided excellent service and was the highlight of our visit. We understand restaurants can be busy, but honest communication and treating every guest with the same respect go a long way. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

The atmosphere is exactly what you'd hope for from a Munich biergarten--lively, relaxed, and filled with locals. Its location away from the main tourist areas gives it a more authentic feel. Even getting the check was a struggle--we eventually had to get up and go to a counter ourselves. It felt like the staff had little interest in actually serving the customers.
