It's a mobile phone and TV/Internet provider, so my expectations weren't super-high. But I was able to make an appointment ahead of time online, I was able to talk through my contract with the salesman in English (phew!), and I was able to get things worked out to my satisfaction. So I'm happy; would definitely visit again.
This shop itself is pretty small, and located on a pedestrian mall next to Gänsemarkt. It's also corporate-owned, so you don't have to deal with anyone trying to switch you to another provider. It never seems very crowded (which is great), but on the day of my visit there was also only one salesman, so despite having an appointment, I waited fifteen minutes to be helped.
One important thing I learned during my visit is that if you have a certain mobile phone package (e.g., 1 GB of data for €30), they'll create new packages every year that have even more features at the same price (e.g., 2 GB of data for €30), but you don't automatically get upgraded unless you ask.
