The idea was to be able for this 95 year old and my 90 year old dad to continue living in their home, with some assistance, and to take the pressure off family members. We contacted Allied Home Care, immediately surprised they serviced the Ridgecrest area, and were treated with such kindness. Efrain listened to our needs and was able to arrange a caregiver for the day after she came home, a weeks notice. The caregivers were pleasant and willing to help with whatever we asked and deemed necessary. We chose a four hour a day, 7 day a week schedule, This allowed for the caregiver to prepare and serve a hot meal, change the sheets on their bed, laundry, be there while our parents showered and just to have someone for our parents to talk to; all important tasks that make a big difference. The caregivers would also run errands such as pick up groceries or prescriptions, even take them to medical appointments if need be. I understand that Allied also has caregivers that are trained in more nursing type care as well, for those clients that do need more and different care. i would not hesitate to refer

The physical therapist I seen was Dell. His quality of care was excellent. In times where I was feeling anxious he made jokes to lighten the mood. He explained every step of what we were doing and asked me if I had any questions every time. The shared space was clean and not very noisy. They scheduled my next appointment within my work schedule and offered to make any changes as needed. I have been to other physical therapy facilities and this location was the best one by far. The doctors there are super cute and able to assist as needed. It's just a great experience to know that people care about when I'm injured and was able to provide exercising services that really helped me to engage while I wish my insurance would allow me to continue to go and get the physical therapy that I needed they were able to send me home with some tools and work guides that I'm able to continue on. I just really appreciate the time and energy and the great customer service they provide for my well care.

While my first visit was fine, every subsequent visit was either met with long delays or didn't happen at all due to the doctor not showing up for a telehealth appointment. It got bad enough to where I had to go without my ADD medication at a critical time in my studies due to their ineptitude. I haven't had an appointment with them since October 2025. However, I'm leaving this review today because they continuously call my cell phone and me to book an additional appointment with them after knowing the strife they caused me.

The rooms have a horrible odor, almost like urine, which makes it unbearable. On top of that, some of the counselors aren't even certified. It's mind-blowing how this place is allowed to operate. I really can't recommend it to anyone. It's an absolute mess. They also allow women to go in with men to do drug tests. If roles were reversed it would be an issue.
