PLEASE, DO NOT SHOP HERE..... I am asian and not ashame to point out this store is beyond my imagination. They are a bunch of CROOKS, LIARS, DISREPECT, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE....... 1) WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE: As we walk in to shop for a rice cooker & a foot massage machine, the sale reps seem to be very attentive at first but then the attitude totally change since they got the feeling that we might not be serious shoppers. As I am paying for the items at the cashier desk, the two ugliest girls I have ever seen did not even greet or ask if I need help. Their attitude is just like I am here to beg for the items instead of buying. WHAT THE HELL THEY THINK THEY ARE. THEY THINK THEY ARE ABOVE ALL AND LOOKED DOWN ON OTHERS. 2) CROOKS: Do not believe what ever they say. Their sale prices turned out to be more expensive than other stores which come with a full return & refund policy. This store only offer 2 weeks EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY which unheard of. 3) DISREPECT: Shame on you to disrepect the elder like you supposed to. As we said in our Vietnamese language " MAT DAY " which meant " UNEDUCATED ". Shame on your parent who did not raise you right. I could go on and on and on. At the end, I feel for all the people been through the same experience. I would rather pay much more at other business to have a pleasant shopping experience than having to go through this feeling. I'm Asian, I don't like to shop @ Asian stores. They don't honest, no way you can return stuffs even your return policy still under warranty. My family was looking for a new couch and we saw a nice leather one which we ended up buying. Someone already posted pictures here which was exactly what happened to my couch, it started peeling a little after a year. Our salesperson kept saying that it was made in Italy which I thought was ridiculous for the price which was around 2k but the salesperson kept insisitng that it was from Italy. After a year the leather started peeling and it looked so bad. We called back to see what they can Do about it but they said it's too late. Usually couches last for a couple of years but ours couldn't even last a year and a half. I am truly disappointed for the false advertisement and I would never come back again. I would not recommend this place at all because not only their stuff is extremely cheap but their customer service is terrible. I could have picked up a couch from a garage or yard sale and it'll last and look nicer than what I got here. read more

I did have bad experience with Teletron as well, they advertised "Big Sales" but when you come in nothing is on sales, I never find anything I wanted to buy there, whether the price is not cheap or their home products are not up to par. I bought karaoke from Teletron Store and I love it. The employee spent a good 30 minutes with me, talking to me about the karaoke and it's pluses and minuses. Looked information up online, discussed user options, etc. EXCELLENT service. Thanks! Will definitely return to this location in the future. read more

!!!!!WARNING!!!! Teletron is a NO NO places. I always check for places before i went to any store, unfortunately, after hearing the commercial about 7th anniversary, BIG SALE, blah blah blah... I went into the store to check up for sale that pop up on the radio. Everything looks SUPER DUPER BAD and TRASHY when i stepped into Teletron, i saw the cashier place just like SMALL STORAGES (boxes, dirt, trash,... everywhere) with 3 young busy ladies dealing with a long line and answering questions, waiting for the receipt which took forever to get it so i walked to the inside cashier where 4 women chitchat, talked, laughed really loud. An ugly woman with a curly hair gave me a heart-attack, she pointed her middle finger at my face and told me to go outside like a boss. Store is dirty and unorganized while salesman are suiting in nice clothes such as vest, dresses,.... but cussing without noticing where they are, yelling out all type of BAD WORDS like gangster (because i saw a long line, and i decided to wait. I asked them to give me some advice about the sofa and they thought i am Korean, so that they transferred me salesman to salesman, and they was talked sh***y behind my back, but ekkk i can understand vietnamese, I was so mad and not buying anything after all). My big mistake to make decision to buy some things at Teletron San Jose Ca, during grand opening. I bought a Dr Fuji Cyber Body Slimmer.Model FJ-099.The customer service personnel and store manager had very low level attitude of the customer service. I came back store ask some information for the machine I purchased last week,the co-owner don't feel comfortable and high blood pressure yell to me then ask me get out of store. I think a person like him operate big store Teletron has LACK OF EDUCATION and super bad Attitude with his customer. I bought a HD converter box from this store a few days ago. The sales person told me point blank that if this box didn't work, I could exchange it for another brand. I brought the box home and found that it didn't work at all. I checked the back of my receipt to find out how many days I had to return it, and to my dismay, read the words "NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES". I returned to the store the next day, and was sent to the back to the "manager". After ignoring me for 10 minutes, she rudely demanded what I wanted. I told her my situation, and she said, "sorry, no exchanges for open items". It's kind of a catch-22...if the item is defective, you can exchange it. But you can't exchange opened items. So how the hell do you know if an item is defective if you can't open it. It all seems logical to us normal people, but according to Teletron, their policies are there to give you the shaft. After what felt like days of arguing, the manager finally gave in. She said she would have her technician test the unit for defect. He plugged in the HD box to the store plasma, and turned it on. The unit turned on but no reception was found. The manager told me that the unit was not defective since it 'turned on". It wasn't their fault that it couldn't pick up a signal. WTH?!? I gave up after that. I couldn't bare to waste another second in that shady Asian electronic store. I guess it was my mistake for ever coming into Teletron in the first place. Next time I'll avoid the "bargain" and stick to chains that offer customer service and common decency. read more

This place is a total scam and should be shut down. I don't understand how it's still going on in business, but everything about this place is SHADY. My parents bought a new LG refrigerator there not less than a month ago, and the ice dispenser has not been working since then. We've had technicians come and ATTEMPT to fix it three times already, we've wasted our time, and have called teletron multiple times for an EXCHANGE, which they should offer due to the time and energy we've wasted on trying to fix it. Yet, they stand firm and fire back at us, unwilling to exchange the refrigerator. Beware when you enter this place, you may end up wasting your time and energy like my family. read more

I first visited the store yesterday to buy a rice cooker and to check out the INADA Dream Wave massage chair, its advertised on their site for $8,799. When I asked the sales guy to see it, he said oh you need an appointment to try the chair, and the chair he said was $9,000. I told him I looked on your site this morning and that wasn't what was advertised. I looked around and there was not a single person in the store, this gentleman was so rude, he wouldn't let me even see the chair, I could not believe how unprofessional he was telling me I need an appointment,when there wasn't anyone in the store!!! Now I know why there wasn't anyone shopping the salesman in the massage chair area is keeping people from even trying the chair. I asked why is the INADA massage chair $3,000 more than the other chairs and his response was its the same but its made in Japan! What a horrible uneducated answer... he treated me so poorly that I would never come back the Teletron ever again! I have never had a salesman supposedly there to sell not want to show a massage chair. I purchased a similar chair for half the price some where else! They lost a customer! I hope that this review get to their marketing department so they can educate their sales people to treat customers with kindness and respect and maybe they would become loyal customers. read more
