Had PCI for a while. Good service with (very) occasional drops but nothing lengthy or difficult. Then changed to Infinity because of marginally cheaper price. Infinity service was fine but they got greedy with raising prices regularly. Then they out-greeded themselves by starting to charge a rental fee for the gateway/modem. Bye-bye Infinity. Bought my own modem. Called for PCI for a tech to hookup and connect. Tech was late. PCI tech called informed me of late arrival. No problem. Tech walked me through by phone of how to change cables, hookup modem, connect with PCI, etc. System up and running with no issues. Well done PCI. Thanks. read more

I have had the great misfortune of being held captive by this horrendous company for a year and a half. Somehow the weaseled their way into being the only provider in my development and i cant wait until the day i can drop them. My service is horrible. I'm loving my download speeds. 80 Meg download! That's about a 6x improvement to our home network speeds.

Their service is trash. And what makes things worse is their technical support can't actually resolve any issue, they'll literally only continue to submit Tier 2 tickets, with no resolve. They're only open M-F , which means if you have a weekend problem you have to wait until Monday during business hours to get ur problem resolved. I'd opt for expensive Comcast but my area only has PCI broadband. At least Comcast technical support can actually oftentimes fix the issue. read more

Review of Fixed Wireless Service - For the last year we have had constant issues with the service: constant dramatic fluctuations of bandwidth speeds especially in the evenings; little acknowledgement or follow up to issues reported; ridiculous latency and and what I can only assume was throttling; frequent disconnects and service interruptions. At one point a customer service representative on the phone told us we were "lucky to be getting that" being 1/10 of the bandwidth we were paying for. We had an customer service ticket remain open for over a month after multiple support e-mails and follow ups by us were sent and it was only resolved after a phone call weeks after the initial complaint was filed via their support system. After the issue was "escalated" it was resolved with no follow up or verification, just a ticket closure. Some of the worst customer support, communication, and service I've experienced in years. We've decided to take our business elsewhere. read more

I've had constant problems with my speed being MUCH lower than contracted. Every time I call them, they are able to boost my speed up to what I should be getting. Hmmmm. Wonder why it keeps going back to the lower speed? And now. I was just about to enter a bid, 15 minutes prior to the close of an online auction and, literally, a second before I entered my bid, the network went down. I tried, unsuccessfully, for the next 15 minutes to reset my router, reset my modem, but lost the auction. I try to call them, and their phone has been disconnected. I try to go to their website, and the server is down. Did they just pull up stakes and leave town without telling anyone??? read more

Absolutely horid company. Internet rarely actually works. Constantly goes out. I'm talking multiple times a day. Called numerous times to get it fixed, was told they would, never did. Eventually someone finally someone did come, and he basically told me their internet is just s*#% and that's what I get. If you have an option (unfortunately I don't) DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I am in a new housing development with PCS Broadband being the only ISP option at this time. I subscribe to a 100 up/100 down plan, which I will say is at a reasonable cost. The issue I am having is that I depend on the internet speeds for my state job and I work all different hours of the day and night. When testing my speeds at random times, they are significantly slower at night and have been on a steady and significant decline since the first of the year. My download speeds are now averaging around 70 Mbps and my upload speeds are averaging around 9 Mbps. In addition to paying for something I am not receiving, I can't get a response from the provider. I first contacted them over a year ago about not receiving my monthly invoices to which their initial response was "I don't know". I made sure their emails were not going to spam and started receiving their invoices again, but only for a brief period. I again attempted to make contact with anyone at the office and received no response. Now that my speeds have significantly decreased, I have opened a ticket and have not received a response. I am aware that ISPs can change the speeds because one of my previous providers was doing this during certain times. When I called them out on it, my speeds increased significantly and I never had that issue again. It appears this company may be doing the same thing, but I am at the mercy of their service until we have the option of another provider in our development (Sterling Ranch). My advice would be, to look into other providers, if you have the option to. read more

We got the wireless broadband service. The installer was professional and worked with my existing router/firewall. The latency isn't great with ping times to google ranging from 21.946 mS to 246.957 mS. Throughput seems to be as purchased but it's too early to tell for sure. We had a router problem a few days after install and someone else in the house moved the cables around. Tech support answered the phone within seconds, looked at the network from their side and quickly noticed that the MAC address was from a Dell computer which pointed me straight to the moved cables and made it a quick fix. read more

We've been with PCI Broadband for many years and love their customer service. We chose PCI because they are a smaller, locally owned and operated business in Colorado Springs. I will say we don't always get the best signal strength because of the location of the cell tower but we've always been very satisfied with their customer service, especially their service techs....Joey has always gone above and beyond to ensure we are well taken care of. I was excited to get away from Comcast when I signed up w/PCI. Even though PCI is way overpriced, my hatred for Comcast motivated me to bite the bullet. Unfortunately, I'm starting to regret it. PCI disconnected my service without warning for non payment. They changed payment systems and lost my auto debit information during the transfer. I've called for service on a couple occasions and had responses like "we'll try to get someone there next week". Seriously?? Even better, when I call for support I sometimes feel like i just woke someone up from their afternoon nap. Like some kid is running this whole operation out of his mom's basement. I'm writing this from my phone as my connection is down yet again. Can't even call their support without a "call cannot be completed at this time" message. Guessing they've managed to screw up their own VOIP system and have no fallback? I hate to admit it but I had much better luck and service with Comcast. read more

I had a install 2 years ago contacted the support when the next day speeds were a fraction of what I was paying for. They told me it would be a week to a week and a half to send someone to fix it. I then had another provider install my internet and noticed that the install was not installed correctly. They had the bent the ethernet cable in half which would explain my connection problems. Last week I attempted to give them my business and when the installer came out he didn't make me feel like he could give me a good connection. He wouldn't install it where it was last time he wanted to put it on my roof and disconnect my current service. He then told me it's not a problem he could come back in a couple weeks no problem. I figured out a solution to remove my current internet so he could check to see if he could install me. I called this morning and got a appointment made and the owner Dave rudely cancelled my appointment and told me he didn't want to waste his resources on me because they couldn't please me 2 years ago.
