I was shocked to see the negative reviews as I had a great experience and Tom helped me (starting around 2013/14) to help me rebuild my credit after several negative credit issues. I started in the low 600's and with Toms help (that must be followed to achieve the results), my score ended up in the 700's. That was critical in my then situation as we were house shopping. It took a lot of discipline and budgeting, but with Excellent Credit Score's help, I increased my credit score enough to be able to make that home purchase. Fast forward to 2023 where houses are pretty much unaffordable, Excellent Credit Score was a huge help in helping us establish good credit and create stability in this very unstable market. When I complain he asks me for my login info to my credit review showing me he has no idea what he's doing and has very little focus on organization and customer care. I told Tom that I have not been getting any updates and that I can't be left in the dark anymore, Tom replied with he has over 1000 clients as if to say that because of his workload I should not request what a paying customer deserves. My husband and I were referred to Jack Keeter by our financial advisor, When we met him, he portrayed himself as a dedicated family man committed to his family and a good christian. We unfortunately believed him and trusted him!! I put my precious modest retirement funds in his hands , and my husband did so as well, For six months I didn't have access to my account , Thinking my money is doing well and his presentation to us was so grandiose, I am in good hands !! Wrong !!!! Wrong!! When I got access I was shocked at how much money I lost !!! He was buying stocks and not monitoring them, when the stocks were losing, he had set the account on automatic sell if the stocks lost 8%, so they were sold low!! then a week or two later the same stocks recovered to where they were at before the loss, so he or his partners bought the same stocks at a much higher price!! Then they sold them low when they lost 8% of original price. So basically He was buying high and selling low completely the opposite way of "stocks 101" !! I discovered this during May 2018 when I finally decided to get access!! I was devastated!! My modest nest egg is loosing so much !!! When I called him he said he will now pay more attention and do his best to buy winning stocks! I GAVE HIM A SECOND CHANCE!!!!! Big mistake again!!! November 2018 the stocks were so unstable!! I had shares in about 11 different entities, No profit at all, all loosing money!! I called him and asked him to sell everything and put everything in money market till the market stabilize. Luckily i made that decision because December 2018 was terrible due to stocks instability Even on TV they were recommending to people to keep their money out of stocks, December 2018 he decided to resign from being in charge of my retirement assets, he said it is not fair to him !!!and gave me 30 days to be on my own with Charles Schwab !!!
