(meanwhile I stopped by a muffler and brake shop and was told they could get me in NEXT Monday). When I returned, CJ got my van in as promised, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and had me out the door shortly after 5:30 and the price was entirely reasonable. I worked from the waiting room via their free wifi and over the course of the day overheard the way CJ treated his customers... always with respect and honesty. I heard him say, "You don't owe me anything for checking it out, just bring it back when it has something that needs to be fixed." That is how you build a great customer base. After leaving, I spoke to a friend who told me their 'service' sucks - so I write this to let you know I'd had a terrible experience and would not recommend. I don't care how good their mechanics might be. If the guy up front is not the owner, he should be fired.

Amazingly, we were able to coast into the Autoworks parking lot, where Dennis and his team immediately brought the car in to run computer diagnostic tests, and stayed after hours, right before a holiday weekend, to make sure we could operate the vehicle safely. They also offered to open up early after the holiday to check out our car before we got back on the highway for a 14 hour drive. They told me it could not have been them and they have no availability to even take a look.
