I had some pain and discomfort on my back for 2 days and I woke up today feeling worst. I drove to Temecula 24 hour Urgent Care. The staff is amazing they guide me right away to check in and do paperwork. Check in was at 8:06 am by 8:20am they did all the test they had to do. Great nurse did her work fast and professional.  Skyler King, PA-C Is who he saw me and he remembered me from last time I was there. This is the reason I went back to them they do their job fast and professional so that you will feel better ASAP. He took the time to listen to my concerns. EXCELLENT, A MAJOR IMPROVEMENT! I was in severe pain after an outdoor accident left me with road rash on my right arm & leg and a bone bruise atop of my right knee. Imagine me walking in stiff and battered looking for an x-ray to ensure nothing was broken, I was in strife! Thankfully, Temecula 24's front office staff were polite and welcoming. The online check-in process was seamless and I was seen in less than 30 mins. Upon entering my room in the back, my wounds were cleaned up and I was bandaged by an amazing radiology professional. Next, I was seen by an NP who gave me a shot for the pain, followed by a tetanus shot since a piece of metal hit me during my accident. I was so thankful for the thorough treatment and forethought to prevent infection and complications. Lastly, I was taken to the x-ray room, provided a protective cover and had my leg and elbow examined. The radiology lady was very sweet, she was with me every step of the way and ensured my comfort to the best of her ability! Once the results were in, I was told I didn't have any breaks or dislocations, phew! I was given ibuprofen and given an antibiotic cream for my wounds. The NP suggested physical therapy only if needed. Overall, this visit was a huge improvement over the last time I came here. The clinic had great music and a much better vibe this time! Had a great experience, last thursday at around 6:30 pm I hurt my foot pretty bad rock climbing and I went straight to this urgent care. I got there at about 7pm and the check in process was easy and fast, only waited an hour and everyone was super nice and helpful. Once we were put in a room 10 min later I got rolled up to get an xray and very easy and breezy. Ended up with a hairline fracture.. after the RN checked out my foot and discussed the foot. I'm not gonna lie, while I waiting to be seen, I almost left after reading all the bad reviews! This 24 hour urgent care was closed until 8am father's day. I arrived at 630a.m. I can't fault them for not being able to find staff. I went an had breakfast. They opened 5 minutes early. As a matter of fact the PA opened the door! Staff at the front desk on a Sunday were just fine. I wished I had made a reservation online but you can walk in. My total wait to get into the exam room was 20 minutes. That's not bad to me. The PA, Skylar King was very personable. I came for a rash I've had for 3 months but was keeping me up that night. He was very compassionate. He listened. He took his time. I was confident in his treatment. 3 days after seeing him, my rash has resolved. I'm in between insurance and had no choice but to come into urgent care and pay out of pocket.The charge for my visit was not bad at all considering it was a 24 hour urgent care. They sent me a text with the 3 medications that he prescribed with a coupon to make my out of pocket pay much better. Perhaps, not everyone that works here are like the staff I encountered but this urgent care was the only 24 hour one that was open before 10a.m. I'm glad I didn't leave. I've been to this urgent care a few times in the past and had good experiences, however; this weekend(8/01/26)our experience sucked! I called in the morning to ask if they had a physician on staff to do a DOT physical. It important to verify because not every physician can do these types of physicals. I spoke with Angie, I explained to her I live almost an hour away and wanted to verify a DOT physician would be available, she assured me that a doctor was available. We hopped on the freeway and headed to Temecula. A few miles short of getting there, the freeway was backed up and so were the side streets. I called and spoke to Angie again and reminded her who I was and asked her if it was ok we would be later than our reservation time. She remembered me as the "DOT" appointment, I said yes and she said we could still come in. About 15-20 minutes later we arrived at the office. My husband scanned himself in. I walked up to the desk and I asked Angie to verify that our check-in went through, while she was doing so she said she was made aware that the DOT physician was actually unavailable to do examinations. She asked if I wanted to reschedule for Monday or Tuesday, which we declined. I was honestly pissed and didn't want to lash out and make a scene! I had called to verify-TWICE! My issue is, when a patient calls to verify, your job isn't to guess or assume- it's to make sure the information is correct. We drove an hour for literally nothing! It's piss poor communication. It's a waste of time! It's hard to find DOT doctors on the weekends, had we known he or she wouldn't have been available I would have looked elsewhere. Time is money and we don't have time to waste. Not everyone can simply come back, and what guarantees do I have that the physician would be available? They assured me twice on Saturday he/she would be available and that was not accurate! This is an out of pocket expense($195), it's not covered by insurance. I should bill them for the gas and time they wasted!! So, my point is, if you're coming here for a DOT appointment, make sure you have a back up option or time to waste if they don't have their sh** together!! read more

I felt like I was being scammed. Before bringing my elderly mother in, I specifically called to confirm whether this clinic was equipped to help her. At the time, she did not have health insurance and was experiencing very high blood pressure, which had already caused increased pressure in her eye. During that phone call, I provided her exact blood pressure readings and other vital signs. I was assured that they could evaluate and treat her condition. When we arrived, we completed registration and paid the $150 visit fee. Only after collecting the payment did a male provider--who never properly introduced himself (I'm not sure whether he was an NP or a PA)--come out and tell us that he could not do anything for her high blood pressure and that she needed to go to the Emergency Department. The most frustrating part is that her blood pressure and vital signs were exactly the same as what I had reported over the phone before the visit. Nothing had changed. The next day, I spoke with the clinic manager and requested a refund since we were charged for a visit that they should have known in advance they could not provide. She refused to refund the money. Had I been told the truth during my initial phone call, I would have taken my mother directly to the Emergency Department and avoided wasting both valuable time and $150. To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding Dr. Philip Hardy in connection with a concerning encounter at Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care on Friday evening, approximately 9:00 PM, on April 24th. I presented to the clinic with acute and potentially serious symptoms, including difficulty breathing, chest tightness, dizziness, and an elevated heart rate. These symptoms, as widely understood, warrant prompt and careful medical evaluation. While the front desk staff and nursing staff were professional and attentive, my interaction with Dr. Hardy was markedly inconsistent with what I would expect from a licensed medical provider in an urgent care setting. Dr. Hardy appeared disengaged and did not conduct what I perceived to be a thorough or attentive assessment of my condition. I was not provided with clear clinical guidance, and I felt as though my symptoms were not being taken seriously. Instead of offering direction or initiating appropriate evaluation, I was left uncertain about my condition and next steps. When I asked what I should do given my symptoms, Dr. Hardy stated that I should "probably go to the ER." When I asked which emergency department he would recommend, he responded that he did not know and continued discussing unrelated personal matters. This response was dismissive and inappropriate given the seriousness of my presentation. During the visit, my condition worsened... I became increasingly dizzy and overheated and was forced to leave the room. Dr. Hardy had indicated he would provide paperwork for my transfer to the emergency room; however, he did not follow through directly. As I walked out of the room I observed him engaged in a playful personal conversation while a nurse ultimately provided the document. The paperwork I received was illegible and did not assist the receiving hospital in any meaningful way. Following this encounter, I sought care at Temecula Valley Hospital, where I was treated promptly and professionally. The contrast in the level of care further highlighted the deficiencies in my urgent care visit. I am concerned that Dr. Hardy's conduct reflects a failure to meet basic standards of medical professionalism, patient evaluation, and communication. Given the nature of my symptoms, the lack of appropriate attention and guidance posed a potential risk to my health and safety. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and investigated. We made at appt at 12:30 for the 1:25pm slot. It's now 3:30 and we haven't been seen. There was a prescription that came thru from this office for amoxicillin before the provider even has seen my Son. When I started looking for the provider after sitting for two hours I asked him how much longer. He couldn't give me time but said one person was ahead and that he didn't send a prescription over maybe it was another provider. I've only had one good experience here, the rest have been awful. When I did see the provider he was ok I guess. I'm here now and still assessing this place. It's not that busy in here and I just don't understand how it's going on 4pm and we will here and they're just now running swabs on my son. People in here need to learn how to expedite. Rude staff upon entering. We took out 4 year old son in at 4am because he woke us up wheezing and gasping for air, which is what I told the doctor exactly when she came into the office to greet us. She then asked me to describe what his wheezing sounded like, so I did. After, she laughed and said, " oh what it's like to be a man in California, thinking that because your son is having a hard time breathing you think it's wheezing." She then continued on to compare my sons lungs to George Floyd's lungs.. yes, I can't make this shit up... she said, "well his lungs don't sound like George Floyd's lungs, he's not gasping for air, you can't just throw these words like wheezing around cause that's serious stuff." She then continued to impersonate the wheezing sound of George Floyd's tragic death. Like, what is exactly the point you're trying to make here To be honest, and maybe this quite an assumption, but she seemed high or something, dropping her medical tools, a bit twitchy and wide-eyed. Absolutely terrible experience at Temecula 24/7 Urgent Care. I called ahead yesterday to specifically confirm that they perform DMV driver instructor physicals--not just DOT physicals. I even asked the person on the phone to double-check, and they assured me that they do. I came in today, only to be told that they don't offer the physical I needed. So, not only did I waste my time and effort coming here, but it was all because of inaccurate and careless information given over the phone. This kind of disorganization and lack of attention to detail is beyond frustrating. If they can't even properly confirm what services they offer, I can't imagine trusting them with actual medical care. I won't be coming back and definitely don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Trust the reviews. DO NOT COME HERE. Just wait until the morning and go to a different urgent care. Zero empathy from the PA Nina. We drove from Corona to be seen around 9 PM and did not get home until 12 PM. My husband has a stye and woke up to it being extremely painful. We had been seen at a different urgent care the night before and had been told to do hot compresses with tea bags and prescribed an ointment. After this treatment, my husband's eye worsened and became more swollen and painful and THATS what we were there for. Google said that if warm compresses and the antibiotic ointment did not work that we should go to urgent care to either be prescribed an oral antibiotic, pain medicine, or drain the stye. Nina clearly did not read the form before coming in otherwise she would have known that because this information was already communicated. We waited two hours before she walked in just to be told to use warm compresses and be prescribed antibiotic ointment ( I did not accept this because that was the exact reason why we were there because those things were not working) We told the person filling out the intake form that he was already prescribed this from when we went to urgent care last night. It very clearly needed to be drained and this is the treatment we were seeking or something for pain at the very least. I personally have had a stye myself and went to urgent care and they used a needle to lance it for me. This doctor told me that is not something that they can do at urgent care which is absolutely untrue. See quick Google search. The entire interaction was 45 seconds MAXIMUM. It was NOT a consultation and we should NOT be charged for it because the issue was NOT addressed. I will absolutely be demanding to not be charged as the doctor did not take any time to look at my husband's stye and refused treatment to drain it or treat it in any other way. It was extremely apparent that Nina was overworked and did not want to be there. She looked disgusted when she saw my husband's eye and it truly seemed that she did not want to drain it because she was grossed out by it.
