In February, new management came in and changed the policies with zero notice to existing members. Since the guest pass and full recovery access were the main reasons I joined, they offered me the Recovery Room membership at $69/month. I continued using the dry sauna and cryotherapy consistently, 2-3 times a week. Then this month in May, staff told me I'm not allowed to use the dry sauna anymore with a Recovery membership (only infrared). That was understandable but when I asked to use the bathroom, I was told no because I don't have a "gym" membership. The staff member then suggested me to upgrade to a full gym membership and condescendingly pointed out that "Recovery members usually pay $1,000 a year, and you're paying less," implying I should feel lucky for the limited access. I've been a consistent, paying member the whole time, yet I was treated like a second-class customer because I didn't fit their ideal customer profile? The communication is poor, good staff have mostly been replaced, and there's clear inconsistency. If you signed up with any kind of deal before, it feels like you're now treated like an outsider who no longer fits their system. The recovery amenities are good when you can actually use them, but the sudden rule changes, basic access denials, and condescending attitude make it very frustrating. If you're considering a Recovery membership here, be aware of these issues.

I was recommended by a friend and I am soo glad I booked an appointment with her. I have a background in cheerleading and dance so my body has had a lot of trauma from injuries in the past. Lately I've been having a lot of hip and leg pain so I knew it was time to get worked on. I was scared to try cupping but Veronica was great at explaining everything and made me feel comfortable. She worked in all the areas I needed help on and yes it was painful but a painful good if that makes sense haha. After three days I noticed a difference in my body. I was able to fall asleep without my hip feeling numb and didn't wake up feeling uncomfortable for once. I'm going to try and go more consistently so my body doesn't go back to its old ways.

A good friend of mine had his son enrolled with Julio at Team Overtime for a couple years and he…read moreshared some videos of his boy on the bags and I was like "Dude, I want my son to do that"... so I enrolled him last year.  We started off with one-on-ones with Julio to gain the fundamentals, and then moved him into classes.  Julio and Team Overtime have been just fantastic in helping my son both mentally and physically.  I've had him enrolled little league, flag football, Tai Kwon Do and basketball.  For most of these sports, he had a difficult time accepting instructions from coaches... not a behavioral issue, it was a "lack of interest" issue. Julio picked up on this and incorporated this into the weekly trainings.  It was absolute magic to see my son start to appreciate the sport of Boxing and see his progress; to be motivated from this progress and want to continue.  Not to mention, he is learning so much about self defense, co-ordination and sportsmanship.  Today he is enrolled in both Boxing and Kick Boxing classes with Team Overtime. So, to underscore how awesome Julio is, I myself enrolled in on-on-ones with Julio to learn the fundamentals so I can feel comfortable when I shift into the adult boxing classes.  I'm currently active with these one-on-ones and I have to say...  I'm LOVING IT.  It's good for health, weight and mental stability.   I highly recommend you take a serious look at Team Overtime.   Julio and the team are the absolute best.  I feel I've gained a family here.  One that is standing on solid ground with a common sport that has only added POSITIVE things in this family's lives. The instructors at the gym are also great with the kids and really invest their time with them. My son learned so much from Julio and loved going to class. This gym is one of the only gyms that I know of that have kids classes Mon-Thur, so they get lots of training time. I hurt myself early January in class and tried to cancel my membership over the phone first to…read morewhich I was told it would be canceled. Next month I still recieved another charge to which I sent an email again requesting a cancellation on June 29th with no response and I was still receiving charges on my card. I received a phone call today October 11th..from a female speaker saying she was the manager. I again reiterated that I wanted my membership canceled and that I had been disputing the charges. She then stated they were going to fight the disputes and send my "unpaid balance" to collections. And that I need to fill out some form to cancel. She stated that since I'm a first responder that a collections notice would look bad for me. To which I said please just do the reasonable thing and cancel like I had initially requested months ago I don't have a contract it's just a month to month charge but She refused. Look the gym itself is pretty good quality and so are the instructors. But the way they do business is super rude and shady when it comes to management.
