​This review serves as a formal public record of a physical battery committed by their General Manager (TG) of Metroflex Murrieta, resulting in catastrophic, life-altering damages. During an interaction on the gym floor, the GM initiated unprovoked physical contact. Utilizing her full body weight, the GM executed a two-handed shove, propelling me several feet into a piece of industrial gym machinery. The impact was concentrated on my left posterior shoulder. The entirety of the unprovoked battery was captured via high-definition, third-party video recorded by another member (JP) in the immediate vicinity while they were filming themselves benching. The footage confirms the GM's intentional use of force. Following extensive medical intervention, a (QME) has officially issued a Permanent Disability Rating regarding my left shoulder. Clinical diagnostics confirm a total and permanent loss of function in the left shoulder. I am currently on permanent disability as a direct and proximate result of the GM's (TG) actions. This establishment is now the subject of litigation for personal injury, battery, and gross negligence. Management's failure to maintain a safe environment has resulted in a permanent physical impairment. Prospective members and stakeholders should be advised of the severe lack of professional restraint and the significant legal liabilities associated with this facility's leadership. After being at eos for a year , I finally just got tired of commercial gyms , tired of always waiting for machines and the amount of people , I found this gym online and wanted to try it out and the workers gave me and my sister a 3 day free pass, man the machines and the vibes here are ten times better than any gym I've ever been to , immediately canceled my membership with eos after the 3 day trial because I seen what this gym offers 24/7 access, in and outdoor equipment , actual supplements and a hangout spot and even they sell meal preps ! I highly recommend to anyone who is tired of dealing with their gym because I've never been happier at a gym read more

First off please Re-Rack your weights! It's a rule that cannot be broken. Best gym in the Inland Empire hands down! The owner is an amazing guy and you won't regret meeting him. You can workout inside or outside. There is so much equipment. Everything indoors is also outdoors! It's an experience here at this gym. The atmosphere is a place where you want to be if your serious about your health. All types of people come here and we all have one goal in mind... a better me! There should be no intimidation for you to come here. Everyone is friendly and No one is looking at you! Come here regardless of where you are at in your fitness journey. I promise you won't regret it! Equipment is top notch. New equipment you may or may not have ever seen or used comes in. The place is upgraded when it needs to be. The equipment is why I train here. They have some old school equipment that you just can't find at commercial gyms. The facility is clean. I have never seen it dirty. You just also help keep this place clean because you see how clean everything is when you use it. Respect it as if it's your house. I feel the responsibility to help maintain the cleanliness of everything including the bathrooms. There are some cool events that happen here as well. Powerlifting meets are great. You gotta come check mine out if you haven't. Food and clothing vendors come out for you to see and sample. I have no choice but to give this gym 5 stars. I don't know many commercial gyms as eclectic wit Theron machines and as clean as metroflex. Plus the people here make me better even the ones I don't know. It's a vine and you should try it. I have been a member here for over a year and it is my favorite gym I have ever been to. I had heard that it was a "hardcore bodybuilding/powerlifting gym" that can be intimidating but everyone there is incredibly welcoming, respectful and friendly. I mean I walked in there the other morning and the GM at the front desk gave her big smile and said good morning then one of the trainers I haven't worked with threw his arms up and gave me a hug and we both laughed and it was just a great way to start my workout. On top of that the equipment is very well maintained, it is always very clean. The staff and other members keep the weights organized. It isn't the closest gym to my house but it is well worth the drive. As long as this place is open I will be a member. read more

I arrived at the gym at 6:30 in the morning, and it was quite busy. As a Planet Fitness member, I was curious to check out this gym because it also operates 24 hours and offers heavier weights and a sauna, which Planet Fitness does not. Currently, I pay $30 a month at Planet Fitness. I thought that paying an additional $10 a month for a gym just a mile from my house would be worth it for the extra amenities, particularly the heavier weights. When I went inside to inquire about memberships and see if they offered a trial, I waited at the front desk for 15 minutes without assistance. I'm not sure if this is typical for their customer service or if the staff was simply overwhelmed at 6:30 in the morning, but it was disappointing. Despite this, the gym appeared nice, and the equipment looked very well-maintained from what I could see from the reception area. I'm looking for a good gym that offers 24-hour access, a sauna, and heavier weights. read more

Been going here for over a year or 2 now and it's been the best. The owner is highly on top of his business. When machines break down or even the sauna he gets them fixed so fast versus other gyms.. I love the various bars and equipment that you don't get in commercial gyms such as EOS or fitness 19. This is a legit gym and where you should invest in. And the owner shows pride and actually gives a s"""t about it! It's always clean here, they also deep clean I believe every Saturday nights. I would breakout a lot on my face if I lightly even touch my face after touching equipment in EOS fitness and here never had a issue , never broke out. Positives: best equipment in a gym I've ever been to. Updating machines regularly, repairing upholstery regularly, bathrooms and showers are always clean. And there's a cliche for everyone here. And people actually rack their weights properly. Negatives: the lights are easily the worst choice for a gym I've ever been to. They're absolutely blinding and distracting. I don't go there much anymore because of it and I know many vets there feel the same way about them. Pick your poison at the end of the day no matter what gym you choose. I love coming to this gym when I really want to put in work. I don't socialize in there at all with anybody. I just put in the straight work if I want to socialize and bullshit go over to EOS for that. You have more access to equipment. It's not such a crowded environment has a Lotta good equipment for bodybuilding and Powerlifting. They have a lot of great trainers to help you obtain your goals. People in there that have been training for years that can give you insight and pointers.The owners not a pussy he stands up for what he believes in. I just really like this gym. Been a member and coming here for over a year and always have had a positive experience until recently and still waiting on management to update me on a situation that I encountered this past Saturday 5/25/24 in regards to someone taking my car keys from the bench I had placed them on. I'm assuming or would like to think it was an accident but as time and the days move on it's going to get harder to identify whom accidentally took my keys from the bench while I was in the sauna. I immediately realized when I came out of the sauna that someone had taken my keys as they were no longer there. The biggest issue was that I was attending a baseball game in San Diego that day after my gym session I ended up getting too extremely late and missed the majority as I had to find other means of transportation and my car sat in their parking lot for two days before I had to have it towed to a car dealership to get new keys made this Tuesday 5/28. The gym has cameras and a camera right there but no one other than the owner seems to have access to it but I was told they would be made aware whom had taken them and reach out to get my keys back. However there seems to be no sense of importance in this regards and/or from store management as well as when the incident happened that day I went directly to the manger for help and was immediately responded with yes I'm the manager but I'm off ask that guy with the vacuum over there?!? I'm not sure this would or should have been the proper way to respond to a member with a genuine issue but we'll see and I will update this review if and when someone gets back to me hopefully today before I have to spend several hundred dollars tomorrow for a new set of keys. **Update: James the assistant manager called and apologized for the miscommunication which as I had stated before I have never had an issue before this at the gym so appreciated the call to update me on the status of my issue and let me know I should know something tomorrow, thank you** read more

Good environment - love the red, painting, vibe. Music - sometimes it's good, other times it's a little too hard/annoying/loud for my taste. Most times it's a volume that you can turn your headphones on (must be on full blast) to tune it out. Staff - good people who stay out of your way but are usually around if you were to need something. Cardio - the equipment is a lil shitty (elliptical janky, bike not adjustable) but there are a couple of options. Could benefit from having a mechanic come tune stuff up and order a few more machine. 2 stair steppers, 2 elliptical, 3 treadmills, and 4 bikes (2 sit down, 2 spin). Machines - most everything you could think of or need. Outdoor "the yard" - love this! Only place I know of where you can get a workout in outside. Most of the bars/plates are rusted AF but whatcha expect from equipment left outside. Plenty of fun strong(wo)man equipment (stones, farmer walks, etc) Bathrooms - clean enough. The locker rooms/showers haven't been opened since lockdown. So there are 2 unisex bathrooms available near cardio. Population/demographic - bodybuilders to regular Joes. Everyone stays in their lane. Even when the place is crowded there's a good flow/people are able to work well together in close proximity. read more

True gym.. not a commercial gym. People who go here are serious about their results. If you want a no bs gym, this is the gym to go to.

Imagine a Planet Fitness. Now imagine exactly the opposite of that. Now you understand this gym! It has a wide variety of unique "hardcore" equipment for serious lifters, including the only fully stocked strongman gym anywhere in the area to my knowledge. There is plenty of machines and normal stuff too, but most of it is pretty old school. The majority is geared towards people who like it a bit on the crazy side, but I really like this (and is why I got a membership). You're going to see a lot of muscle monsters here, people filming themselves, screaming, crashing weights, and all that. I haven't found anybody to be rude or dominating of equipment, but if you are intimidated easily by people that are far stronger than you, this wouldn't be the gym for you (like I said the opposite of a Planet Fitness). Complaints might be there is a ton of equipment, but it's packed pretty close together and can get hot inside. But there is a large outdoor area as well to get some space. Overall it is a really unique place and nothing like any of the big box gyms. read more
