Can't believe I forgot to rate this place. I would come here for the customer service alone! All the gals that work here are extremely kind, patient, and diligent. I've worked with Samara mainly and she's helped me work around my plantar fasciitis by fitting me with extra wide running shoes and casual shoes. I purchased $65 flip flops which shrunk 2 sizes. When I called, the lady said, "well you're not supposed to put them in the sun." I was not told that when I purchased them (they are flip flops)! I have a copy of the tags for and don't see that info on there, at least the side I copied. They are now useless to me and they won't give me an exchange because I'm outside of their 7 day policy. There should be Some exceptions, especially when I can't use them. On a lighter note, the customer service when I purchased the flip flops was fantastic. Apparently I've been a terrible slacker, how have I not written a review of my favorite shoe store until now? Nearly three years ago my daughter in law found Elias Shoes looking for a place that could help her with her knee and foot issues. We met Muna who right away accessed my daughter in law's problem and fitted her with the perfect shoes and insets. And how convenient for me that I found the cutest pair of boots to buy. A few months later I brought my husband in to find shoes. He had a devastating accident that pretty much left his entire left side damaged. Lets just say that side has a lot of metal. Between Muna and her youngest daughter they had Terry fitted in great walking shoes. Of course I found a pair I couldn't resist. Our most recent visit was to get husband new shoes since he's been walking and actually wore his shoes out! Another of Muna's daughters fitted him with two new pair, he exclaims how comfortable they feel. Yep, we can keep him walking. Naturally I found a pair of sandals I had to have. It's not only a shoe repair, it's a store where you can buy shoes, handbags, boots , socks and more. This is a high end store with prices to match but good quality. It has a Southwestern feel to it in ambiance. I was impressed by the quality and the professionalism of the staff. The owner told us she tries to stock only American made products. This shop is amazing! I cannot even begin to say enough good things about the employees, the service and the overall experience we have had here. I reluctantly went in a few years ago looking for some shoes that would fit my (then teen) daughter. I wasn't hopeful, as we've been on the hunt since she was a baby. Right away we were warmly greeted and tended to like we were family. My daughter is special needs with global delays and sometimes requires patience as she's very particular and picky about what she likes. Everyone there was so kind and patient, while we tried on shoe after shoe. Trying to get the perfect fit and something she loved. This is the only place I'll go to get her shoes. The selection is huge with styles all across the board. We went in today to look for some new UGG style boots. Lord, we must have tried at least 15 different styles. And the kindness by the lovely woman who helped us just blew me away. We walked out w 2 pair and a smile on her face. If you're looking for shoes of any kind, you MUST try this shop at least once. My son's physical therapist referred us to Muna to put him in a proper shoe to address his foot issues. As I entered the store, I was sure I was in the wrong place, as it appeared to be a "boutique" versus a shoe store that specialized in people with foot issues. Muna instantly greeted us and told us she would be with us shortly, as she finished up with a customer. Once she began helping us, she asked my son to walk and she asked some other specific questions. I was confused. She was talking to us like she was a physical therapist. She even showed my son how to do a couple of exercises to strengthen his foot muscles. Finally, it turned out that Muna is overqualified. She told me the difference between her and other shoe salesmen/women is she is certified. She put my son in the proper shoe, and he went from struggling to walk 20 minutes to walk on our treadmill for an hour TWICE in the same day without complaint! Though I've been a member for years of another shoe company that even brags on itself for catering to Olympians, and Muna told me she is just a "Mom and Pop" store; therefore, she can't compete with them, I beg to differ: Muna CAN compete with them, as they don't have her certifications nor do they take the time that Muna takes to be SURE her customers are in the right shoe for their needs! I purchased two pairs of shoes from Muna, and now I will not renew my membership with the other store because they can't provide to us what Muna can. By the way, Muna sales the SAME shoes they sell! You will NOT regret going to Muna! She is patient, knowledgeable, and sure to find out your specific needs so she can put you in the perfect shoe! read more

The moment I walked in, I knew this was THE PLACE to help me solve my foot pain. Muna (spelling?) was in the middle of helping another customer but, took the time to greet me and encouraged me to peruse the shelves. The shoes here are to die for. In the (maybe) ten minutes it took her to come help, I found at least seven pairs I was over the moon(a) for. Not cheap but, a well made pair of shoes never is. I digress. Once I was invited center stage, Muna proceeded to watch me walk, discussed my various concerns and needs, we outlined my problem areas, measured my feet, and then she made shoe recommendations. No shopping purely on aesthetic here; Muna wants your experience to be personalized because she has been where you are. She even knew I had an old knee injury without my having to tell her! This woman knows her business inside out. I am so absolutely impressed. My foot was measured and shoes were brought to me accordingly. I needed a clean pair of white tennis shoes for vacation and a everyday sandal that could be worn with dresses, capri's and pants. I am in love with both pair of shoes. Believe me when I say price is not an option when you are dealing with comfort and fit. My tennis shoes have a built in tracker that tracks your steps perfectly.
