Friendly and fast customer service! :) The gentleman that helped me out was so welcoming and inviting! My entire smog check process took about 10-20 minutes and they also accepted my coupon. I didn't have to make an appointment beforehand which made it very easy. I was quite fascinated that they didn't need to bring my car into the garage. The smog check itself was done right in front of the shop so I was able to watch how they do it. They offer a small waiting room and their parking lot was quite empty on a Friday around 2pm. Absolutely fantastic service AND PRICE! I had a coupon for $26 and was amazed at that price. There is an $8 certificate fee and a small transaction fee so total was $40. I got my mom the $28 GroupOn for a smog here. My mom took her Honda CRV and it failed the test, so she got the repairs done at brought it back. We were hoping it would be a free retest or at least the same price so we didn't buy another groupon. They charged her $40. Over 40% markup. They did tell her what recalls were on her vehicle at least. So we had gotten that done at the dealership for free. read more

Came around 2:30, was very busy. All the seats inside were full. So I drove around, tried to get an oil change from another place but apparently can't use groupons more than once(didn't say on their website but whatever). Anyways, came back around 4 and no customers were inside. Owner and staff were very friendly and took my car in and finished in 10 mins. I'm glad they told me that they only can take groupons once! There nice people but they fucked me over with the price I brought in my car for a smog had a coupon saying $24.99 for a smog so I went thinking maybe like $28 after taxes maybe $30 nope these assholes said fuck me and my coupon and charged me $40 I wasn't gonna sit there and argue with them so I paid it so if you ever get a coupon saying $24.99 or $25.99 for this place don't use it cause they will still charge you more and say they used the coupon but yet they charged me more it's like they acted like they used the coupons and lie about it so you pay full price I'll never come back here again and I'll let everyone know to never come here either to bad cause they seemed friendly but they don't care when it comes to customers and there coupons I guess read more

Very helpful staff and quick service. Price is on par or cheaper than other smog facilities. A practical inspection. I've had other inspections done where they find a minor issue then flag your car to try to get you to have them fix it at their facility, this is not the case here.
