Still loving the newest renovations and how immaculately clean this theater still is. We went to catch a movie on Monday morning and Jesus was very kind and patient while my kids made up their mind on what they wanted. Seats are huge and comfy, we basically had the entire theater to ourselves which we found a little odd. We enjoyed our movie, AC, icees and comfy seats, the only issue I had is that in theater one, there is some kind of imperfection on the screen which was obvious anytime the screen was light, it was a little distracting as it's towards the middle of the screen. read more

Overall, this is the best theater in town. Love the theater, the seats, concession stand and lastly, my experience with the customer service is top notch. I will explain. We have been coming here for a couple months now but today, I've decided to give them 5 stars for their customer service. A month ago, I purchased movie tickets to a movie I've been wanting to see. So excitingly, I thought the movie I purchased was for today. But when I looked at my tickets, it was for yesterday! I was so stressed out and was able to get ahold of them via Facebook. I explained my dilemma knowing it was my fault. They went out of their way to help me so that I can watch the movie this evening. I am now forever convinced that this IS the best theater in town and I stand corrected! Go there now! Thanks again to Temeku Cinema! I hate movie theaters. They're usually filthy, stinky and just plain gross. NOT this theatre! I couldn't believe how clean and nice it was the recliner chairs are super comfy, staff was friendly and I didn't feel like I need to shower immediately after! Ha! Great theater with hometown feel. I was bummed when this discount theater received an upgrade but my family and I still manage to go occasionally and we're happy to support a local business. Tuesdays are $5.75 tickets and Mondays are $5 popcorns. Around the holidays I bought a $100 gift card for $70. I follow their acct on Instagram to be in the know about all their throwback releases. Theaters are always pristine though sometimes the bathrooms and popcorn dressing area get a little neglected during rushes. I really appreciate that the theater is set up to accommodate not only guests of varying abilities but staff as well---class act! Not too bad of a theater. Nice and clean. Hard to believe this was the old dollar theater; looks brand new. The only thing me and my family had a problem with was the screen quality. The only thing that hasn't been upgraded. They need digital projectors. The movie we saw was kind of dark and grainy and at times couldn't see what was going on in the movie. We absolutely love this theater and are so happy we discovered it. Since our first visit 2 months ago we have gone at least 6 times, we love it that much. We used to have to drive to San Diego for nice theaters and now we have them 10 minutes away. This theater has been beautifully remodeled. The whole theater, lobby to restrooms to actual theaters is so clean. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. And the food is really good! We've tried half the flatbreads, the hotdogs are gourmet, and we love that you can grab a beer to take in the theater. The food is made fresh and always comes out super quick, it's fun to grab a bite and a beer for the movie. We love that they have the most up to date movies and the theaters themselves are so comfortable. The recliners are top notch. And if that wasn't enough, we can't believe how reasonably priced tickets are. Less than half what we pay for luxury theaters elsewhere. We can't recommend this theater enough. It was very clean and the seats were really comfy. The theater was super dark tho for the kids summer movie which I wasn't expecting. Also the theater had the entrance opening going down ramp like instead of walking up stairs to your seats. Which is different than other theaters I've been too. A quick update to my previous reviews. This was the first time I have been back since the remodel. We were very impressed with the looks of this theater, the reclining seats, hospitality and the popcorn is still the best compared to any of the other local theaters. The prices are a couple bucks cheaper as well! They are now doing first run movies, but I spotted a couple movies they kept in house longer than the other theaters. They have a full menu now, including a beer selection for those wanting to indulge (we did not this go around). I sure hope more people patronize this place to keep it open. If you have not been here before, or since the remodel, I highly recommend it! Upgraded to 5 stars (great). read more

My favorite movie theater in this area. Pricing is much better than your typical big chain movie theaters. Love the remodel of the movie theater with the reclining seats. It's a smaller theater but it can still get packed during release days/weekends so book your tickets in advance when you can. read more

I love this theater! The chairs are very comfortable and they recline. The chairs also have trays for your drink and food. The nachos are my favorite, they do not give you cheese "cups" for your nachos, they actually pour it from a machine into tray and it's nice and hot! read more

The remodel is great! My husband and I went here before the remodel and I swore I'd never go back but we got a deal through T-Mobile on tickets at Temeku and decided to go. This theatre reopened recently after being remodeled. They're currently running classic Halloween movies, and that's my jam, so I had to go check it out. About 3 weeks ago, I watched The Shining. Last night I saw Beetlejuice. It was a blast! There was a Beetlejuice photo booth and cocktails, trivia and prizes before the movie started. After the movie, they handed out cute Halloween cups filled with goodies to everyone in the theater. I love how they are going above and beyond what the chain theaters are doing. Came to see Moana 2 on Thanksgiving. Was so upset on how the supervisor, Ricky, tested us while ordering food. He was extremely rude and treated us so poorly. Also, there is an employee who is in a wheelchair and is serving food. He is using his hands to wheel his chair and then using the same dirty hands to serve food. He isn't cleaning them or wearing gloves. Gross!!! read more

Though it was a discount theater playing slightly older movies but once inside it felt like a smaller more upscale theater playing the same current movies with a much nicer interior.
